A.I recently took the 2 day business planning workshop with Zac and highly recommend it to others. The workshops are a great way to take a look at your business from a new perspective and come out with a solid plan of action. There's a great balance between looking at your own business (through a series of questions you answer) and learning from others who have been successful. I went in with just an idea and came out with a clear purpose and mission, and more importantly an action plan for the next 90 days (and further) to get stuck in to.
The workshop is all about looking at your own business and there's real value in going with a group of people from your company. There are other businesses there, but most of the time is spent on your own business.

Looking back, we must have been quite a challenge, but Zac has managed to navigate us through a bunch of twists & turns to what is now shaping up to be a fairly coherent operation. I am now enjoying leading a very talented and committed team and the results in all respects are outstanding. We now have a great place to work, engaged team members and a 'real' business which is expanding.

K.The Business Changing workshop was 'business changing' indeed. It has a clear structure, good pace and enough one-on-one time with Zac to answer your burning questions. I came away with a very clear plan and vision for my future. The course is relevant wether there is one, 5, 50 or 500 staff. The environment and whole approach was a lovely balance of casual professionalism - quiet location, comfy chairs, great food, personal barista service - the whole thing a ten-out-of-ten. R.A business plan seems like a scary thing to do, however Zac and the BC team made it a breeze! If there is anything I regret in business, it's not doing Zac & Sip's workshop in the begining. You are well guided but challenged to extract your inner genius and get it on paper. The duration is spot on, not rushed yet keeps you from straying off path. Book your space yesterday!

t.I engaged Zac to restructure our cafes and the recommended strategy that was put to us has been fully implemented with increasing margins, a more focused business mix and accretive margins within our store network.
Without the implementation of the structure put to us we would be running on very slim margins across our previous group.

Instead, we got a steady secure hand, guiding us through a thorough and sometimes uncomfortable reflective process. This enabled me to be face to face with the bottle necks and limitations of of my business, and fundamentally, of myself. That Zac could do this with an absence of ego, - sans fist pumps and hero stories of how if he can conquer the mountain and kill the dragon, then so can you! - was refreshing.
