Wanted to share some feedback on a few recent engagements with one of the Milestone Direct agents - Niko Velkovski. Long story short, fantastic. Niko provided me some advice and prepared a very clear report for me recently. All our interactions have been undertaken by Zoom or telephone and on each occasion he has been able to deliver clear, consistent advice using either platform. Niko has a number of tools available to him and he is adept at using them. He is able to share his screen easily in order to talk a client through his thinking and explain scenario based financial outcomes with ease. This has been my first experience with a mortgage broker. I have been dealing with this company for several months with a first home purchase/mortgage, my broker (Niko Velkovski) has been extremely responsive to emails and queries and easy to deal with the whole way through.
