P.I placed a last minute order from overseas for Easter delivery. I cannot speak more highly of Auckland Flowers!!! The quality of the arrangement was superb, and the service and professionalism of Lisa, who I dealt with, gave me full confidence that the delivery would proceed without any hitches. It did and the recipient absolutely loved the bouquet. I strongly recommend the company.
C.I put in an order for bouquets and loose flowers for my wedding on pretty short notice (one week in advance) and they were absolutely perfect. Maya interpreted my description of what I wanted to a T, she was super friendly and easy to work with, and made the most gorgeous (not to mention enormous!) bouquets. I felt like we were offered a really fair price for impeccable results and would highly recommend her to everyone.
L.Freshest flowers in Auckland I reckon and top top top quality. I'm not kidding, they last heaps longer than the supermarket flowers. I've been into the shop - easy parking outside and they have a massive walk in fridge full of flowers. You can't go past these guys for fresh flowers and gorgeous bouquets! Highly recommended.
F.My Mother’s Day flowers that were meant to be delivered on the 12th of May have still not been delivered. Have been calling them continuously but no response.
Update: I got through to someone who apologised and provided me with a full refund. It was apparently the courier company who was at fault.
B.Some friends and I from the U.S. wanted to order a sympathy basket for a dear friend in Auckland. We were a bit apprehensive about ordering online because we were so far away, but Tango Flowers handled our request beautifully, even emailing a personal delivery confirmation to reassure us the order arrived. B.In response to the previous comments. We close at 4pm so no one was here to answer the gentlemans concerns. The flowers were delivered at 11am in the morning of the day they we're ordered and the recipient had not contacted the sender therefore he was unaware that they were delivered. We were sorry that we were not able to be contacted after hours but we did our job to a very high standard and all parties were happy with the outcome. Thank you for reading our reply
