k.Gorgeous Flowers! Heartfelt thank you to Neera and The Flowerist team in Glenfield for all their hard work, passion and artistry put towards our wedding day. Even with a lockdown wedding in level 3, Neera was able to provide her services at a reasonable price. We had a lot of last minute changes; and Neera was very flexible and able to accommodate my needs. Most of all she respected our choices. My cascade bouquet was beautiful and the highlight, of course, was the floral wedding arch. The pickup arrangements for the wedding flowers went smoothly. S.Really stoked with The Flowerist, compassionate, understanding, quick to respond and happy to help with custom requests for arrangements not otherwise advertised on their website. They helped me with flowers needed for a custom cake commission which required specific types and colours and were amazing in creating a table-spray for my Poppa's funeral service which looked beautiful with his Urn. Communication is crazy quick and communication is clear, they make the process so easy no matter what the event was, I don't think I'd ever use or recommend anyone else!

K.I could not recommend The Flowerist high enough. Neera and Ravi are two of the loveliest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They are extremely talented and passionate florists and they created me the perfect bouquet for my Dad. When you walk into their shop you can see the flowers in a fridge so you know they are kept fresh and will last a long time. The prices are very reasonable and their range of flowers is incredible.

B.I recently purchased roses for my partner from Flowerist. I must say that I am quite impressed with the delivery that was made in line with my request considering that it was on very short notice. Neera and her team also had a few surprises in store for us! 🙂 There were no hassles absolutely from order placing all the way to delivery which was perfectly on time. Would definitely recommend this place.
C.I had a friend who was halfway through her two weeks quarantine and having her birthday whilst there in Glenfield. I wanted to send her some chocs and a bottle of wine. I contacted the local Countdown who do deliveries to the facility, but they refused on the basis that I needed to have an online account. I tried it through my own Napier Countdown, but I wasn't allowed to pay for it in Napier for Glenfield to deliver, so it was suggested I contact head office on the 0800 number. They wouldn't take my card number over the phone. Thanks Countdown. I've shopped with you almost exclusively for 25yrs and even put up with your falsehoods re supplies and your overpriced goods during covid, and you refused to help me out.
I managed to find this new florist in the Glenfield Mall who went out of his way to get the wine I asked for, and the right chocolates, and all at the supermarket shelf prices with only a $15 delivery charge, which he reduced to $10 for me. He even put a gorgeous bunch of flowers together and had the lot delivered in 1hr as promised. I felt his service was second to none, absolutely top notch, did what I asked for, at the price quoted, in the stated time, and delivered it personally to the facility to ensure the right person got the gifts which were beautifully presented. It was so good, I felt he deserved a mention. Thank you so much Ravi. If I need you in that area again, I'll be sure to come back to you and I'll let others know too.

A.Absolutely wonderful service - like an amazing dream! I sent a bit desperate email from Sweden, around 9pm NZ-time, after just having learned that the funeral of a very dear friend was going to take place the next morning.:. And I so much wanted to send her flowers.
Neera was just closing the shop for the night, but was incredibly kind enough to phone me, text me and email me, just to reassure me it could be arranged. She stayed at work for almost an hour while we ordered a bright bocquet online ! And at the streamed funeral my friends husband said the flowers were very beautiful. Thank you ever so much!! annika

Top service, very good quality roses, delivery on the desired day, especially very good communication about order and delivery. Communication went perfectly via email. They respond very quickly. They sent me pictures of the roses before they were delivered. They are very helpful, caring and very reliable. Jordy was very surprised with 40 beautiful roses.

J.I am very happy with what these florists came up with for my request. I was giving away my Mother at her wedding during lockdown 2.0 and it was a great Tongan/Palangi mix. Everyone had some sort of floristry on their person and I wanted to do something a little different. I commissioned for a (male) flower crown without any flowers.

L.I believe someone else has made a review about this but "hand written message" is not a hand written message, it was typed up on a card with the persons delivery details??? Not a very intimate vibe. I specifically chose this company from google results because it was very clearly advertised on the website as a ~handwritten message~. The message was also typed with incorrect grammar. I know this may sound picky but when sending someone flowers it's quite a thoughtful gesture, the little things matter. It was also advertised on the site that the flowers start from $49 but with a $15 central auckland delivery fee. My delivery address was not central auckland, it was literally 2 minutes from the shop. I later saw somewhere else that $15 delivery is charged just for auckland in general but you're based in auckland and can /only do auckland deliveries anyway??? Very confused at the marketing. Anyways, despite all this, the arrangement was nice. Just some constructive feedback.

l.Flowers are good, I give you that. But seriously who would put sender info, delivery address, cell number, specific delivery instruction and GIFT NOTE WISHES all HANDWRITTEN in a name card sized card? When I emailed you guys about this, I got no reply. Only email I got was an invoice a few days later.
