I have just used Kimberley of Roses Florist for my wedding - she is amazing. She created and curated - the most beautiful display, bouquets and garlands at our wedding and has a 'design- eye' for detail. Grab her if you can - she is terrific!

This is called Customer Care and Customer Service!!!! I submitted a request online and that too after hours, of my requirements for flowers the next day. The request was for difficult to obtain flowers. Guess What? I got a call from the owner that she just landed in Auckland, saw my request, and called to speak to me of my requirement. She spent time to explain how difficult it would be to meet my request on account of the rains having made it even more difficult. I was so impressed with her inputs, which was so courteous, and timely. She even offered to go out of the way to create something special and would make sure the flower arrangement would be delivered as per my time requirements. WOW, WOW...that's a great florist, and a wonderful human being!!! IMPRESSED!!!!

If I could give 100 stars for the bouquet that Roses Florist created for my daughter’s birthday I would. I have given her flowers on her birthday every year since she left home, and the Roses Florist bouquet was by far and away the most beautiful. It’s always very hard to predict what you’re going to get when you order from out of town, based on a careful curated selection of photos. Roses Florist far exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I only wish they were my local florist.

I am absolutely charmed by the stunning bouquet I received from Roses Florist. A late summer array of colourful and elegant stems. The soft and gently scented pastel hues of roses dance alongside the spectacular pinks, luminous white and dusk apricot colours of other flowers. This bouquet is both a work of art, and a humming summer meadow. Thank you so much.

I wanted to give a shout out to Roses Florist for their excellent customer service. I bought several plants from them, and they are all absolutely beautiful! I brought one back because it had a bug problem, and Sandra let me select a new plant without any hesitation. Thank you so much!! Every time I come in she is so friendly and helpful, and the range of plants frequently changes so it’s always fun to wander in and see what new flora is in stock. Beautiful flowers ordered by our daughter in Canada for her father’s birthday- great variety, longevity and imagination in the gorgeous bouquet that arrived. I would recommend Roses if you are ordering online, as you can trust them to do an excellent job, Sarah Caughey.

Always the most beautiful flower arrangements and they always seem to last ages. Roses also did my wedding flowers and they were drop dead gorgeous and even better than what I had envisioned. Staff are so helpful and knowledgeable.

My go-to florist for anything from little posey to grand gestures occasions. Service is always charming, and while they will always listen to what I'd like, equally, they are great at steering me towards what's fabulous on the day. Quality is always fantastic; 3 weeks after picking up my latest bunch, the orchids, hellebores and glossy greenery are still going.

Felt so uplifed to recieve a wonderful bouquet made by Rose's Florist. So great to get something unique and not just the generic bouquet for a change. Would definitely recommend.

Just want to post a review, firstly because I received great service from Sandra & others at Roses Florist when I ordered a corsage for my ball partner recently. And, secondly, because I note that someone else has posted a negative review for the very same corsage. When I ordered the corsage, Sandra explained that it would include orchids as per the photo. My ball partner has worn other corsages that have not fitted correctly or have fallen apart before the evening is over. The corsage from Roses fit perfectly, was beautifully made and lasted for the evening and a week after. Thank you.

The girls at Roses Florist are the best! Whatever the occasion - of which there have been many - my wedding, friends's birthdays, baby showers, baby arrivals, and sadly funerals, the flowers have always been overwhelmingly stunning. The shop window brightens even the dullest of days and the lovely smiles and assistance that the girls give as you enter the door is always a pleasure.

I would like to shout out to the Rose’s Florist team for such outstanding service and stunning flower arrangements, which were hand crafted for a very special graduation dinner. This isn't the first time I've made an order but with the experience I've had with the team for the graduation dinner they definitely deserve praise for their service, especially since the order was last minute and required a tight deadline. Huge thanks to the Rose’s team!!

Sandra and the team at Roses are outstanding. I have been using them for years as personally think they are the best florists in Auckland. In Feb I got married....guests are still talking about the beautiful flowers.

Ordered flowers online 8.30am from overseas for a special birthday and requested and paid for express 2 hr delivery. After 11am and Delivery still hadn't take place so I emailed to ask for an explanation. No replies received. However the Flowers deemed lovely by my brother who had them waiting on his porch when he arrived home later in the day. Edit 3/12 - owner emailed next day to apologize for the mixup and have since changed review to 3 stars.

One of the more artistic and unique florists around. A bit more pricey than others in the area but you get superior quality and design for your money, and the service is first rate too.
