M.I ordered from Australia to say thank you to someone for having me at their place in Hibiscus Coast. Delivery was quick and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I wrote a very long message and my friend said that it was handwritten beautifully, so I really appreciated the level of care that was put into this gift. They also didn't charge a ridiculous amount for delivery; I was put off from ordering from other florists because of their high delivery charge. I would have given the full 5 had the staff sent me a picture of the arrangement before sending them out.
I called from Sydney to have a large arrangement send to my Mum for Mothers Day, whom I have not been able to see due to covid in 3 years. I told the lady I wanted to spend $200 on a white bunch and to throw in as many lillies as possible, some chocolate strawberries, and some smelly soaps, rounded it off with a card on top.
There was a slight issue with delivery, the florist said phone number was wrong, the courier said the address was wrong not to worry my parents picked them up.
My father then wanted my mother to put them in a vase, hence the reason why I wanted a photo of the arrangement. My Siblings and I are scattered around the worl d and I wanted a nice photo to send to the, so they could also see what was sent.
Anyway, would I recommend, yes, but be very specific with what you want after service, maybe send the request for a photo in the email, as soon as you place the order over the phone.

E.On the 25th of Jan (Tuesday) afternoon I visited your shop and wasn’t very impressed with how the COVID red light rule was followed. When I walked in, I saw that there’s a gentleman waiting in front of the counter, so I stood in another corner to keep social distancing. The gentleman got his flower and left. After asking me what flower I’d like to get, the florist IMMEDIATELY ask me to wait outside the shop. I was surprised because I was the only one there and the previous customer DIDN’T have to wait outside. Although I was reckless for not reading the writing on the glass door which said : one customer in the shop at a time. But why do you not tell the previous person to wait outside, just to be consistent when following this health and safety requirement?? This shop is always my first choice when I need flowers for special occasions, always happy with the great flower arrangements. Many businesses have different rules under the current situation but would be great to treat everyone the same.
R.Unfortunately quite a few flowers weren't fresh with signs of aging (brown spots) and just generally the bouquet had a "tired" look. Disappointing. Just barely passable mark. service is ok given the rush Valentines day.

M.Ordered from the UK to get delivery to my sister for the opening night of her show as part of Auckland Fringe. Lockdown meant that the delivery date needed to be changed at short notice and there was a very narrow window where delivery to the venue was possible. The customer service from The Wild Bunch was exceptional. They were helpful and understanding and a magnificent bouquet arrived to surprise her on her opening night.
