Shocked to read some not so great experiences on here (donot be deterred) but it goes to show how customer focus WP is by the way they respond and their sympathy and drive to rectify any issues, and that to me is excellent customer service! I have used Wild Poppies a couple of times since the pandemic..using both pickup and their delivery service and also was a grateful recipient many years ago as to how I knew about Wild Poppies and their beautiful flower arrangements and scrumptious cupcakes!! Recently been sending these beautiful gifts to our new mother's during pandemic but recently sent our friends an anniversary gift and they absolutely loved it and even got a few snaps of how beautiful it was received. Loved how WP always keeps us in the loop from start to finish. Delivery was within 24hours of receiving the order so very efficient, and they offer same day service too. This is my fourth time ordering every time has been amazing! Online ordering is super easy and so many beautiful gifts to choose from and add to, to suit your needs. Wild poppies is the way to go. *EDIT* There must be an issue with their system messaging for dispatching of orders but the order was received and looks fantastic. It’s hard when you are overseas and don’t know when orders are fulfilled. This was a good buy and the product was very good quality. Even had a protea in the mix how good!!

I ordered this lovely set of tulips and cupcakes the night before (from overseas) for my Mums Birthday as unfortunately due to last-minute changes to travel restrictions we couldn’t spend the day together. Excellent quality flowers, delicious cakes and speedy same-day delivery (before lunchtime). I would certainly order again for any occasion if I needed to in the future.

I was at the receiving end of this service. My parents got me some beautiful tulips and cupcakes for my birthday delivered to me while I was in a MIQ hotel. They were ordered late the night before and delivered midday the next day. I just got back from a long holiday in Hawaii/New York, USA then had to spend my birthday by myself so these definitely cheered me up! They were just what I needed in my room and lasted my whole two week quarantine. The cupcakes were the best I've ever had too! Baked perfectly with rich flavours. Updated: Happy to say issue has now been rectified. Thank you Kerry. Ordered $100 peonies for a Christmas present for my mother and extremely disappointed with the quality. They were completely closed up and now when they are opening they are rotting, there’s been no point at which they looked nice. Emailed customer service and got a very poor response saying ‘peonies don’t last long’ super unhelpful! I’m a regular customer and based in London and haven’t seen my mother in 2 years so wanted to send a nice gift that’s turned out to be a complete waste of money.

I placed the order from overseas, i ordered a last minute birthday gift containing ecoya products and a carrot cake. The gift was beautifully wrapped with a hand written card with my personal message. I have been told that the carrot cake was delicious and so moist. I am so amazed that the order was delivered 3 hours after placing the order. Amazing service. I will definitely use this service again.

Whilst the product is great, the process falls a bit short for me. Our local florist sends a photo of the bouquet/order along with confirmation of dispatch and delivery. That is the sort of service I'd expect from a high end florist. Instead with Wild Poppies, my latest order yesterday, no order confirmation, no confirmation of dispatch today, disappointed. Previous 2 orders also did not receive confirmation of dispatch until I emailed to ask. Don't think I'll order from here again unless this changes to be honest.

I order flowers for my fiancee's birthday and these were red roses 6 of them. She absolutely loved it and I also order the bunny soft toy which was also exactly as advertised online. I did everything online as I live in Fiji and my fiancee lives in Auckland and almost everything went fine. I do have on suggestion in regards to the online purchasing whereby if I dont have an online account with you guys but I can still add things to the cart and check out. It would very nice if we got an email confirmation that the order is being processed and a link to go check out the order because what happened to me after I checked the cart out and paid I couldn't see my order again coz I wanted to double check the delivery date but nonetheless I emailed customer service and Ashely replied immediately which gave me some comfort. So I would suggest that atleast when we enter our email that an email confirmation is sent with some sort of link to view the order or you can force the user to create a login maybe with Facebook or something but other wise I'm very happy with what I bought and give it 5 stars

I live in the USA and have used Wild Poppies several times... as they came highly recommended by my niece Debbianna of Auckland. Wild Poppies has always done a great job. I ordered Celebrate the Weekend gift hamper for my sister in Te Atatu North and they graciously allowed me to make a substitution in the selection of the wine. I also added chocolate cupcakes to the hamper. The delivery was made within 4 hours of ordering. My sister absolutely loved the surprise gift... she said it was too beautiful to take apart. Hello there. I've had the pleasure of dealing with wild poppies, the flowers were great. The fact that they deliver themselves is a massive plus as they managed to divert my delivery to a different address while already on the van. The other negative reviews on site seem very unwarranted, and whilst some issues were valid, the owner's responses are really reasonable and show a high level of care for the customers. I wish them all the best and will be using them for all my future deliveries.

Very misleading photo on website for the weekly best buy, it shows a nice bouquet of flowers and cupcakes. I paid $106 to order this for mothers day, firstly it does not come with any cupcakes and the flowers look nothing like the photo. They were delivered 2 days early, I guess that is better than late or never.

I've been buying flowers off Wild Poppies since 2016. Very professional and their cupcakes are the best. I have placed a Tulip flowers and a cupcake order recently which went little wrong. Wrong delivery time and the flowers were big too young and didn't look like what i have bought. I contacted the owner, Kerry Bradburn and she agreed to re-send the flowers to my gf which was very nice of her. She was very polite and professional dealing with this matter and I'm really happy. Customer service was great and flowers arrived on the day I selected as planned. Packaging was pretty but the value for money was underwhelming. The bunch delivered was half the size of the picture on the site and I had to go buy supermarket flowers to make the bunch look less sad.

Received beautiful Tulips and Carrot cake cupcakes on Friday. The Tulips are blooming and vivid. The cupcakes were some of the best I've had! After reading some of the reviews I would like to offer some advice. Special occasions - go pick them up yourself. It is a hectic time for all involved so if you want to be stress free and have a happy partner, then pick up and deliver it yourself. You'll get more "brownie" points.

This Company is fantastic. I have ordered gifts and flowers through them on several occasions. Recently there was a small issue with regard to cupcakes being sent to my mother in law. It was through no fault of WildPoppies but a small hiccup with couriers. I contacted WildPoppies they immediately responded and every thing sorted with in under 24 hours. Received the most insane bouquet of roses last Friday for my birthday, from my super awesome son [plus a car!!!lol FOCUS!!!!], and I could not get over the quality of the roses.
