Yous made it happen and it was so meaningful 🥰 he said that this place was the most affordable although he was looking for a yellow rose I still absolutely loved it and I would recommend. J.Very very happy with the service. I actually ordered something from the shop to be delivered for a friend. Jane, who is the head here, I got in touch with her through Facebook, as I don't reside in New Zealand. She was very courteous, professional, sweet, extreme helpful, understanding and precise. I had ordered for two potted plants. She went an extra mile by getting something for me which wasn't available on their website. I would high recommend everyone in Christchurch (and abroad like me) to walk into Ilam Florist shop or just order online from their website for any of yo flower, plant and gift needs. G.I ordered flowers online from Brisbane but unaware that flowers couldn’t be delivered to a particular area of Christchurch Hospital Ilam Florist called me and suggested a delivery of a basket of goodies instead.
I was so impressed with the service that thought it most deserving of a review.
The goodies basket made my cousins day. Apparently all of the staff at the hospital were super impressed.

S.Birthday flowers for my daughter. Didn't order them until the morning of her birthday and they arrived at her work almost within the hour. I had wanted freesias and the florist wasn't sure if any had arrived but when my daughter sent me a video, sure enough, they were there. I thought they looked beautiful and my daughter loved them. L.Monica at Ilam Florist was amazing! I brought random pictures of ideas I liked and had 2 meetings with her before my wedding in mid-November. I was pretty vague on what I wanted but her suggestions were fantastic and really suited the theme of my wedding. She was easy to deal with and had a great eye for unusual shapes and detail within my bouquet. I especially appreciated the call I received on my wedding day when my Brother in Law to be had forgotten to collect the flowers! I found the price super reasonable and would definitely recommend her to any bride to be. I have now been married for 10 days and my flowers still look and smell beautiful.
