T.I wanted to send some birthday flowers to a very special lady whom has been a light in my life. Unfortunately, I live in a different country and my dear friend lives in New Zealand. I googled flower shops around her town, and finally settled on one - Country Garden Flowers. I knew I had made the right choice when I ordered and the price was very good, they delivered to my friends house and even notified me an email when they're about to be delivered. T.Great service from this florist, called the day before and flowers were ready by 12pm for my Mum's birthday. Beautiful bouquet, she absolutely loved them. I noticed other local florists were closed on New Year's Eve, so thank you for delivering on the day!

R.My family and I have used 'Country Garden' previously for a casket spray and had absolutely zero issues with their service. However, a few weeks ago we used their service again and was highly disappointed.
When I approached to notify the owner (Chantelle) through phone call and email, she was very prompt and assured us this would not happen again, to myself nor future customers. Chantelle was true to her word and has since made numerous changes to enable better communication between staff/customers and providing confidence to customers when ordering online.
At the end of the day I am happy in knowing that the business was willing to take on constructive feedback and use it to better their services.

B.I live in Auckland and needed some flowers delivered to a tangi very very last minute. I’d rung around a couple florist but sadly the marae was too far out for delivery that day. The lady on the phone at Country Garden Flowers suggested she take my number and she would ask around the locals if anyone was heading out that way she will call me back and let me know. Lucky we had a friend that was passing by that picked them up. Her service and very above and beyond suggestion is very rare these days. Thank you for being thoughtful and kind! We asked for green, yellow and red arrangement and we were blown away! We loved them and the family loved them so much. Highly recommend

R.I couldn't get back to NZ to celebrate my mum's 70th birthday or her retirement, so I wanted to send her some beautiful flowers. I asked Chantelle to make my mum a big bouquet, with reds, oranges, yellows and greens. Every day mum sends me a photo of the flowers and each time the bouquet has changed as the lily's open and add more colour. It's like a new bouquet everyday and mum loves it. Thanks Chantelle.
