Really lovely flowers and people! Julie called me as the flowers I'd ordered for my mum's birthday weren't available that day and gave alternative options, she made sure the bouquet was still amazing and matched the feeling I'd wanted, got it delivered promptly too :) Highly recommended!

We needed a casket spray for my father-in-law and Julie asked me what I liked. I told her I liked bright flowers and my father-in-law was Dutch and the tulips she had in store looked nice but she could have creative license to do what she thought would be best. I was in Rotorua for work & stopped to grab a bouquet of flowers for a friend who had sadly lost her brother recently. Because I was in a rush, I pointed at a bouquet and asked if she could add some yellow and have them delivered. I'm not really a flower person but I know my friend is. The following day my friend rang me. She was so appreciative and absolutely loved the bouquet. She expressed how it had lifted her whole day with receiving should a beautifully well put together bouquet. I rang the florist the next day to express my gratitude and thanks. I live in Australia, and I was a little bit last-minute organising a Mother's Day bouquet to be sent in Rotorua, but Kanuka was so easy to use online, even delivering the beautiful bouquet on the Mother's Day Sunday. If I ever need to send flowers in Rotorua again, I'll definitely be using Kanuka.

The service here is incredible! The team are so helpful and friendly. I called to see if they had red and white carnations in stock as a family member had requested them at her funeral but unfortunately they did not have any (no florist did due to supply) however The Kanuaka team recommended trying the supermarkets. While I didn’t hold out hope that the supermarkets would have them I found spray carnations on red and white. A few days later I popped into the boutique for a bouquet and they whipped up the most beautiful gerbera bunch in bright happy colours they smell devine. Happy customer!

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mothers birthday. The team at Kanuka were amazing and I was able to stop past after work and pick these up. The presentation along with an eye for detail and unique touches on the bouquet were lovely & mum was over the moon to receive such a beautiful bunch of flowers.
