C.Beautiful orchard, have a walk behind the store along the rows of trees. Such a refreshing and tranquil environment 😍 also the fruits are much cheaper than in the commercial supermarkets. Pears were going for $1.99 per kg and apples at $2.50 per kg
W.I have had cherries and Black Doris plums supplied and delivered from Jackson Orchards. The ordering is hassle free, great communication re fruit availability and delivery times. Delivery from the South Island to us in the North Island was about 30 hours. The fruit was well packed and protected - but more importantly was in the best condition you could as for. When you are dealing with things like fickle weather and an unreliable workforce because of Covid - I think Jacksons do a fantastic job. Thank you!
N.I have now had three orders from Jacksons in recent months and each and every one has been delivered overnight to me in West Auckland, notification sent through the afternoon before and the box of lovely fresh fruit lands on my doorstep by 10am the next day, quite unheard of in these Covid delivery times. And the fruit is all so tasty and fresh, much better than what's in the shops. Well worth ordering and totally recommend. Thanks Jacksons, keep up the good work.
K.Was there for the fruit picking tour but the weather was bad the whole day and we couldn’t do it. But we grab a mixed bag of fruits and box of cherries and we really love them as they were really sweet! Staffs were really friendly too! Would definitely recommend for people to drop by this place although there’s lot of other fruit farms nearby.
N.Nice little retail shop with a view of pcking facility. Long queue at delicious icecream freshly made to order using upto two fruits. They have orchards tours too. Very near to Cromwell.

Fresh loose fruit was not ripe enough to eat. Purchased to snack on road.

M.Nice fruit but doesn’t looks much different from what you can get from supermarket about the price and the quality.But you can get vegetables and other products (like honey,dried fruit,bottle juice,ice cream) which mostly from Otago,can get almost everything without drive too much,quite convient for travelers.

李.I love their huge ice cream. You can choose two different ingredients and mix them up. Although the choices are limited, the price is quite reasonable.

N.Every year we receive a box of these divine cherries as a Christmas gift - they are absolutely the best cherries around! Perfect little fruits with rich, dark colouring and just as delicious as you'd expect. We look forward to receiving these each year :)

A.The first time I tasted cherries from Jackson Orchards was last December as a gift from my workplace. The packaging was very nice and the fruits were so rich, juicy and plump. I couldn't stop eating them after I opened it. Looking forward to visiting the orchard and pick my own cherries 🍒 😀 😊.

A.Great range of fruit and one of the best and most iconic places to stop for fresh fruit blended ice cream or yoghurt. Yes, you'll pay a bit more per kilo here, but they're also one of the only places to sell fruit by quality levels - and here's the secret: ugly fruit tastes just as good as expensive export quality fruit!

L.We stopped over during off harvest season so there weren't much fruits to buy and also didn't make sense to take a tour of the orchards since there were no fruits to pick. There were other provisions also available for purchase like dried fruits, nuts and honey.

J.I love this place! Every time we've been in the area we stop for their ice cream and to pick up some snacks. In the winter their selection is a little more limited to the seasonally available produce but there is also a nice selection of dried fruits and nuts. During the season they have quite a bounty available and we always make sure to keep ample room available for fresh fruit.
G.The real fruit ice cream here was the best I've ever had.... I was blown away with how good it was and the selection of fresh fruit to pick for the ice cream. Mango and mixed berry was to die for.
s.I had ordered end of season cherry from them. I product was absolutely awesome. For quality it is a AAA+. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality.
L.Summer fruit box arrived today. Delicious array of summer delights..... even a few cheeky cherries that I think are better than Christmas time ... no bumps or bruises. This box won't last long ....
R.Just out of Cromwell. They have a comprehensive fruit packing plant. Also have a retail shop that sells fruit and other goods like honey. They sell very nice ice creams there also. Staff not so friendly as i would expect in New Zealand.

R.A great orchard. One can see fresh fruits being sorted out and packed. The shop sells fruits at very reasonable prices. The orchard tours are great. Very clean toilets for travellers. Very friendly staff. Great jams, preserves and much more. You can even take some photos on the orchard in the middle of trees laden with apricots and other fruits.

R.I visited NZ years ago and while driving to Queenstown, I stopped at a roadside produce stand for a snack. I noticed some "Black Boy" peaches which I had never heard of before. They sounded interesting so I bought a couple and continued my drive. As I was driving, I ate them and they were some of the most delicious things I've ever had! They have yellow skins like a regular peach but are purple inside like plums. If I had eaten one while I was still at the stand, I would have bought more of them It was almost worth going to NZ just to taste them (I'm from the US). I have no idea which produce stand it was but it was somewhere in this area (the 5 stars are for whichever one it was). I've never heard anything about Black Boy peaches before or since. Anyway, since you seem to reply to almost all of these reviews, I thought I'd leave my own. Anything you can tell me about these peaches is much appreciated. If you dont sell them yourself I'd recommend that you do. Thanx in advance for your reply! BTW, the rest of NZ was great, too, altho surprisingly undeveloped.
