Great quality furniture for everything one would need in one's house with neat friendly and knowledgeable staff especially Deearna, she is lovely. We were basically looking for a dining room table, having looked at around 12 stores, were fairly sold with one from another store but found one here that was the best and exactly what we wanted, just the fit for the theme of our dining room,could have bought another here which was also beautiful but a bit too big. Price ranges are quite varied so would fit a lot of budgets.

Highly recommended. They have found the sweet spot for product, price and service. They have a very good product range and were very helpful in the sales process...not too pushy, offering genuine alternatives, being clear about pricing, so leaving the decisions up to me. I had shopped around: their pricing was very good value for money. There was a mix up on delivery, but the sales team stepped up and sorted it, rather than inconvenience me...so top marks in service.

Other than the transport company being 4 days late for delivery the customer service with Bradfords was excellent the information that was provided and all details that convinced us to buy our Prairie marble dining table, it looks perfect in our home. I was very impressed with the service I received from Bernadette - she communicated with me multiple times to ensure that the coffee table I wanted was available and then packed suitably for shipment. Many thanks Bernadette. We also bought two other furniture items from Bradfords several years ago and have been very happy with their quality and appearance. Another purchase was an outdoor table and chairs which are stunning. However Bradfords had realised belatedly that they weren't suitable for New Zealand/Auckland weather so had discounted them accordingly.

Many thanks to all the team at Bradfords, especially Deanna, without the advice from you all at various times we could not have co-ordinated our look without your expert help. Highly recommend Bradfords for their extensive range of furniture.

This store has the best quality furniture in Auckland and very helpful staff - the young Italian salesman Francesco was super helpful and gave me confidence buying Italian sourced product
