She goes out of her way to make sure everything is easier for the customer. She always greets with a smile and she’s non judgmental, a great listener and an expert in her position. Her advice is fantastic and she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, as we’ve not found this type of service from anyone we’ve dealt with yet. She is an absolute asset to her company. C.I love my furniture, quality is great, however I've been waiting over a month for my last order which was meant be 2-3 weeks. I sent emails but had no response, I called and was told I'd be emailed that day, but heard nothing. Communication was not great and I'm still waiting for my order.
