B.This a a good sized store and all the furniture is nicely styled so this is a great place to go when you are looking for ideas. I wouldn’t recommend buying their leather sofa’s because they don’t use the best quality leather which means that they bubble and peel after a few years and they aren’t that cheap.
K.Wanted to cancel a purchase made (due to length to time for delivery) cancel request was made less then 24hrs after initial purchase. I was advised that they won't refund for change of mind and was offered a store credit. This wasn't helpful as I'd found a similar furniture item that could be delivered asap at another store.

S.Freedom (excuse the pun) to browse the store at your own pace with the right amount of enquiry from staff to offer assistance without feeling pressured. Large range of furniture. I just missed the big sales but I still appreciated what was on offer. I believe I still observed some items on sale. I noted more attention has been made for practical storage which is ideal in the age of apartment living.
N.super helpful staff that sorted me out over the phone after finding what I wanted online. Absolutely love our new outdoor set that is super comfy to relax on!
r.Freedom Furniture in Newmarket are so lucky to have Ken working there.
He is very friendly and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble and he makes every visit a pleasure.
I have shopped at the Newmarket store for some years now and always try to get Ken because he has such a great “can do “ attitude.
It’s a real pity that some of the staff in the large furniture department don’t have his approach to customer service.
