Ordered a 4x4m gazebo from Hercules previously, received a prompt response and great brilliant product. I actually asked another supplier for a quote earlier but never received a reply, found Hercules and they're great to deal with. Never be disappointed. Club members love the new gazebo. Thanks!

Very solid gazebo and design with hex poles and spring support in the roof. Tested a few at work and left up overnight no issues. Purchased one for home very light easy on the old back.

Victor at Hercules Onehunga was great to deal with - answered all my questions and helped me get the design right. Arrived quickly. We haven't had a chance to set it up in the weather yet, but our test run inside went smoothly and we're very happy with the quality.

Fantastic service and excellent quality. The guys in Auckland really went the extra mile for us and I'm very grateful. I ordered a 3x4.5m printed gazebo with a tight deadline, not only did they deliver as promised but their communication was excellent sending multiple clear proofs before the final nod was given. I highly recommend to buy gazebo from Hercules.

Hercules Instant Shelter are such an amazing company! They were incredibly generous to lend us, staff from a charity called Great Potentials, free gazebos for our staff event. PC from Hercules was genuinely helpful, informative and really went out of his way for us. The gazebos were fantastic and very easy to set up/pack down. We couldn't have managed this without Hercules Instant Shelter and PC, very highly recommend!

Customer service was lovely. Easy to find and sign posted. Have yet to set up the product (steel dog pen) but hopefully all will be great with that too.

I cannot recommend Hercules Gazebo's enough! We have just purchased another gazebo from them and the service has been top notch. The gazebos are such good quality we now own 3 of them for our 2 businesses. We purchased a cheapie to start with from another company and after a year all the bolts were loose and it shook in the wind. These gazebos are super strong in strong winds we no longer have to worry about our customers safety. 10/10 for customer service & products.

Hercules Instant Shelter were fantastic to deal with. The gazebo we ordered wasn't available in NZ at the time of purchase but they kept us well informed of it's movements until it arrived. I highly recommend them. The product is great as well.

I have had an excellent experince with Hercules sale Rep PC AKL, he has given me great understanding to the 45S brand that helped me choose this brand. The pegs are really heavy duty and the experience of the wind battering us the Hercules Gazebo stood its ground. No shaking swaying really tough n durable when we are right beside the lake. Setting up easy pull pin mechanisms does exactly what they said in their brochure. Recommendation is top quality very happy to have purchased from Hercules Gazebo. Brookfield school is very grateful to Hercules Gazebo for the generous donation of a gazebo printed with the school logo. The gazebo is beautifully made and visually very attractive. Having our school motto is fabulous. It will be very handy on sports and cultural days and it will get a lot of use.

Excellent communication and support when we were trying to find the right gazebo for our needs as a school. They were very quick to respond to questions and provided us with an excellent product.

This cage is just perfect for me. I babysit my kids dogs and now I can also look after thier cats when they go away. I made a high level for the cats bed and food. My own 3 cats are now eating thier buscuits in there ,where my 2 dogs can't get them!! It was such an easy cage to put together as well. So happy!!!!!!

My experience with Hercules Gazebo Auckland has been excellent. Super helpful, thorough and personal, Hercules Gazebo have helped me order the Gazebo i required, and was also quick to send through missing sandbags when they were not included in the initial order, which I really appreciated! We bought our first 3x3 Hercules Gazebo in 2017 which we are still using today. In 2018 we ordered our second 3x3 Gazebo from Ray Feng in Lower Hutt. This is our front of service unit and it has our Logo printed on it for maximum publicity. I have found the Hercules Gazebos really easy to use and they have worked well in all types of weather conditions. I have found the Hercules team to be very professional and orders are recieved very quickly. Thanks to the quality of the product we also present well to our customers. I bought a basic steel gazebo years ago and it's held up. No rusting or loose bolts or canopy rips, unlike with other, cheaper brands. I was so impressed with that I upgraded to the aluminum series.

Excellent marquee, very easy to put up and perfect size for Rural shows (4.5x3m). We plan to get it branded which will make it a great marketing tool also. We did a trial run before the show and found a small hole in the canopy, the team at Hercules replaced the canopy within 48hrs. Fantastic service, thanks Hercules team for your great service.

Was looking for a chair which was no longer on display. PC went out of his way to get the packed model from the warehouse and assemble it (super quickly might I add) just for me to try it on. Great service!

Great quality pop up gazebo which I use for markets. I'm usually on my own, so having a gazebo which was light weight & easy to set up/take down on my own was very important. Very happy!

"Hi there, just back from 3 weeks camping holiday in the Sounds, & at times it was like camping in the amazon - torrential rain & also strong winds. The Gazebo is outstanding - totally water proof & it just smiled at the wind & said 'bring it on'. Thank you! You will be getting orders from other campers whose Gazebos were useless in comparison, & could only look on at ours in awe, & gather under it for somewhere dry & sheltered from the wind. This one is the real deal! "
