We were advised of a delay due to COVID, but were kept in the loop with emails along the way.

I.Excellent but some things can improve.
We ordered a custom made TV Entertainment unit with our own dimensions and in-store available customisation options, materials, colours etc.
Good:
*Item is exactly as per our vision, design, dimensions, colour, finish etc.
*Item was delivered earlier than expected so a big plus there.
*Designers were knowledgeable.
*Delivery guys were friendly.
*Loved the 3D feature when you get to see the item before its made via render.
Can improve:
*Item was delivered with a small (1-2mm at most) chip on the top surface as well as on the 2 of the legs (1mm).
*Legs were changed easily but repaint would have taken 2 extra weeks on top of a wait of 7 weeks (?) and since its such a small chip (Literally cannot be seen when sitting down) I decided not to opt for the repaint as *I already had the lounge in fully disassembled and I could not live like that for 2 weeks.
*Now, this is almost a $3000 item and I expect perfection at that price, so this is the main reason for 4 stars.
*If they are happy to offer some refund for this I am happy to change my my stars to 5 and my review.
*Communication was a bit tiresome on occasion as they are really busy and that was really felt at my end and sometimes when I was told I was going to hear back that didn't happen.
*Item could have been protected/wrapped better for the delivery, it literally had only "glad wrap" around it and not a lot of it.
*Overall we are happy-ish.

C.Love my moss green velvet couch, its so lovely and comfortable! Only criticism is that the plastic packaging didn't cover one of the corners and the fabric was worn - however this is the back corner so I can't see it at my house.
