Having Mel and the team at The Event Refinery planning our wedding was a game changer. With a tight 6 week planning window due to Covid - no request was too difficult, no question unanswered and Mel went out of her way to ensure every detail of our wedding was triple checked and perfect in every way. Responsive and reachable at all times, Mel made sure I was informed and involved in every step of the process and was a delight to deal with. I am so grateful we were recommended The Event Refinery to help us bring our special day to life and 100% recommend their services to anyone planning a special occasion.

The staff at The Event Refinery are great to work with and they provided top quality tables, benches, chairs and festoon lights for our daughter's wedding reception. The bride and groom were thrilled! The staff also accommodated our need for late night pick up. Highly recommend!

We hired The Event Refinery for our wedding in April 2021. Our venue was a blank canvas so we needed a lot of help to create exactly what we wanted. From the day I enquired right up till the big day The Event Refinery girls' made the planning / set up / pack down so easy! During the planning they helped me with ideas and attended to any change I needed with ease. On the day they set up the venue perfectly and made our vision come to life. It was perfect. The communication was fantastic and everything I hired from them *knifes, forks, plates, furniture etc* was beautiful. I would not hesitate to use / recommend them for any event in the future! I cannot recommend Mel and the team at The Event Refinery enough! They were absolutely INCREDIBLE. I reached out to Mel only 2 months before my wedding as I was struggling to get everything organised. This didn't give her a lot of time to get up to speed with everything but she did so like a champ and absolutely nailed it. She brought everything together and it ended up being the most perfect day. I couldn't have done it without Mel. She was so organised, kind, thought of everything, and was such a big support when it looked like we might have to postpone because of Covid. Mel and the team are some of the best people you'll ever meet, and I recommend using them for any event, 12/10!!

We utilised The Event Refinery's "on the day" planning and coordinating services for our wedding and couldn't speak more highly of Mel. You're not just getting an event planner on the day but someone (with an eagle eye for detail) who oversees details from all vendors in the lead up to the big day. Thanks to the attention that went into our runsheet, the day went smoothly, all the vendors knew what they (and each other) were doing and we could relax and let the event run according to plan. Mel truly went above and beyond, stepping up and offering to help with all sorts of jobs. Not only was Mel a true professional (and so dedicated!) but also brought all the positive vibes. Would recommend to anyone planning a wedding. Thank you for everything - we were truly able to enjoy the time we had with our family and friends.

I don’t even know where to start...There is absolutely no way I could have pulled off my surprise wedding without Mel and her team. Mel totally went above and beyond at every single step of the way, nothing was ever too hard! I was still changing details on her 3 weeks out and she took it all in stride! She kept me cool calm and collected with her organisation and reassurance, and on the night everything flowed so seamlessly! Thank you so much for everything you did for us!

Mel Peach was absolutely amazing to deal with! It was super easy and she took all the stress out of a stressful time, piecing everything together for our diy wedding. We hired 3 of the festoon lights for our marquee lighting, it was the perfect amount of lighting. Would have hired tables and chairs and signage etc. if only they had been around when we booked everything 2 years prior to our big day! Check them out, we highly recommend them!

Life savers! Found them online after another company let me down with our wedding equipment. Went by the reviews and found immediately why these guys were so highly rated! Had exactly what I needed and everything was FAR better quality than original place too. Beautiful furniture. Communication quick and thorough, went the extra mile on a number of things (including helping put together the most beautiful poster which is now framed and on our wall!) - all round we couldn't have asked for better. Mel and the team were absolutely amazing, honestly cannot rate them high enough. From the get go they were responsive, accomodating and go the extra mile for you. We hired the tables, bench seats and market umbrellas and they were all incredibly beautiful, high quality and made our wedding feel that little bit more special!
