Y.Really great quality product. There was no installers available at the time and they was several weeks wait for one. It required a person with a few more skills than just being handy so our wonderful son in-law came to the rescue and our daughter notice we could add more shelves to give us more great storage. Simply Wardrobes, great product.

L.Product is good, customer service was lacking. My husband picked up a large item in 45kg pieces, no help with loading. Was advised to be early so arrived when shop opened and had to wait for staff to turn up. No instructions were given on how to put product together, so it was a frustrating experience, as we constructed a 2.5meter wardrobe upside down, then had to turn!
V.Great product however bad customer service from an extremely unprofessional woman in the office has left me with mixed feelings about using this company again. Told me after I paid in full for our system that it was going to be delivered late and that “every job was taking a number”. Very dismissive and angry and blamed me for making her “look stupid” when I enquired about where our remaining shelves were!
