Huge thanks goes out to Amanda from Nelson, who is handling the customer enquiries for Galaxy Spas. We were having a lot of trouble with a new purchase of simple silver, trying to get the timer going correctly was driving us crazy. She sorted us out and was just amazing..so pleasant and thorough with her instruction.... your the best.

I bought my dining suite from 4 Seasons 15 years ago, my friend liked it so much she bought it for herself and her Mum. I now finally need a new one so I went back to 4 Seasons for my new outdoor suite which I am looking forward to getting soon. Great Service from Mike

Brought a spa from Hamilton branch. Was good information about the spa and they did a good price . Got told from 1 sales man that we could buy shop floor model only to be told by another that we couldn’t. There was a delay in delivery and no communication at all. Took 2 emails & a phone call before we got a response. One of the selling points was the free water testing, only when we drove 30min to get water tested we got told they don’t test water. Good product but service is lacking.

Having shopped around, we decided to buy a woodburner from 4Seasons, due to their advice and expertise. Within 24 hours of sending them the paperwork, they had lodged the permit application with the council and 4 weeks later were in the home, installing it. They are a very friendly, professional outfit who made the whole process very easy for us.

Met the manager of the Hamilton store at the Tauranga Home Show - he really knows his stuff and pointed us in the right direction for our new fireplace. We're happy customers as a result after dealing with the other store for our installation.
