I purchased an electric recliner in December at a great price, was told delivery late January. The service from purchase to delivery was just awesome, thankyou for a great experience.

This is a review for Pradeep J, a Nick Scali salesperson for the Hamilton store. FANTASTIC is all I can say, my order was delayed and Pradeep fixed it in minutes where the 0800 number service was shocking, he went over and above in every way, texting me with updates and providing us with service that was outstanding. We spent over 30k at the store, loved the range and Pradeep's service but found that the 0800 service and friendliness and delivery lead times were sub standard.

Nice looking slightly fancy furniture. Definitely worth visiting if you are after something mid-upmarket

Nihal was excellent to deal with. He has a wide knowledge of the product he sells and is very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to receiving my lounge suite in 10-12 weeks. :) However my sister was very disappointed not to be able to purchase and take a coffee table home with her as we were told it is store policy and it must be delivered at a cost of approx. $40.

Gurpreet was wonderful. She listened carefully to what we wanted and found the perfect item for us that met all our needs. She was friendly, caring and attentive. When we decided to make the purchase she helped us through the process calmly and thoughtfully. We would definitely go back to her for our next purchase.

We would like to thank Pradeep for the service he gave us when buying a coffee table from Nick Scali Te Rapa , Hamilton. He had a pleasant manner and patients of a saint dealing with us when we were not sure of what we exactly wanted. We found his knowledge of great benefit. Thank you Pradeep

Success! Since before I entered the store, the help I received from Nehal via email was helpful and efficient. I walked straight into the store, the first person I saw/meet was Nehal. He helped me find/create the couch I had in mind in record timing. You could tell he had my best interest at heart and wasn’t interested in ‘selling’ for his own benefit. He gave me space to make a decision and also to browse without feeling pressured into any purchase. Not only was the outcome better than I expected but I also found the perfect mirror for my new home with both purchases fitting within my budget! Thanks Nehal!

Furniture is much cooler than your average furniture store. Some reasonable prices among the generally high prices.
