S.Received excellent customer service and assistance from Blake & Emma. They were very friendly & helped with my furniture, all my inquiries and concerns/maintenance. Lovely people to deal with!
K.Great stock of furniture. Very nice arrangement inside to browse furniture. Was quite expensive compared to trademe. Found similar items for a few hundred less so we decided to go that route.
E.Had a fabulous experience with Target Furniture Hamilton. Went looking for a new couch and they were helpful with finding what I was after and having great advice. Sales staff were friendly and not over bearing like other furniture stores. Delivery was prompt and the warehouse store men were a fabulous help and friendly. Found I had a grease stain on a couple of throw cushions but the staff dealt with this immediately and sent me new cushions and took the stained ones away. Thanks for being so awesome and great to deal with!
G.Furniture looks good, but bought multiple things and have had issues with quality with every item.
EDIT 10/11/21: have called 3 times on 2 days and no one picks up.
S.Always end up at Target after looking around the other furniture stores, great value, no salespeople shadowing you as you browse, great range excellent value for money, and great service when you need it.

A.I have an Elliot Chaise Sofa Bed from Target which got bent out of shape and I was unable to use. I contacted the Hamilton branch and was put in touch with Emma in the warehouse division. Emma was such a pleasure to deal with through this process, going above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer and keeping me in the loop each step of the way, she is a credit to the team! Thanks Emma!! (The sofa is irreparable and is being replaced).
N.I have been looking for a recliner chair. I saw one that I thought fitted the bill. I thought about it long and hard. Finally today I went and purchased it. The shop people arranged to prepare the chair to go into my vehicle.
It was at that point in the different light situation, I realized the chair was a different color to what I thought it was. I was really mortified.
The lady who dealt with me was absolutely
brilliant. She arranged for a refund to be made. In fact all the staff whom I dealt with, were very good to me. I am very grateful to them.
I certainly will go to that shop again to check if they have the product that meets my requirements.

Parking is easy here too and there is always someone to carry goods. Also when you phone them you get to speak to a human not a machine.

R.Great store, well laid out, easy access off Te Rapa road. My only complaint is that the price on the ticket wasn't the same as what the receptionist wanted to charge me.
I can't comment on the quality of the item as it will take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Floor stock looked great.

M.Don't buy the covers for outdoor furniture. Won't last 8mths and that's with them sitting under a waterproof and sun proof gazebo. Also two times they gave me the wrong size for my table. Returned it only to find they didn't have that size anymore and couldn't order it in. Money back yes, but ended up with no cover for furniture. Staff are helpful though and products are generally good overall.

S.Just had a fabulous experience at Target Hamilton. Baden and Kerry couldn't have been more helpful, we are furnishing a new house in the South Island and they assisted with selection, delivery, freight and above all styling and design. We could not have been more happy with our experience.

After visiting afew other furniture shops my partner and I returned to Target and are now in the process of taking possession of new corner suite the service and comments made by Target staff were very beneficial in persuading us to make our purchase with Target Te Rapa.
C.I went to purchase a mattress, looking around the shop staff appeared nonchalant; I laid down on a bed then at the same time a staff member came out from the warehouse door, saw me and said hello.
I explained what I was looking for.
The staff member then explained I could possibly get a better deal than the advertised price on the mattress I was looking at.
The price was right, I purchased the product. If not for the staff member coming out of the warehouse, noticing me and offering a discount without prompt I would have gone back to Beds R us!
