K.Excellent experience from start to finish! Really knowledgeable and helpful staff in store who were able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We ordered our furniture and Paula’s arranged for delivery to a different part of the country. Everything turned up on time and they even followed up to ensure we had received everything and were happy. Excellent communication and service. Wouldn’t hesitate to shop with Paula’s again, and cannot recommend highly enough! Thanks Paula’s!
L.We had the pleasure of being served by Craig at Paula’s this morning while seeking out Lazy Boy chairs … he was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping us choose two “forever “ chairs which we have purchased. This was our first time in the store but I am hoping it won’t be our last … the whole team were fun… playful and a pleasure to shop with … I would recommend anyone making the journey to Paula’s
P.Excellent service in all respects. We were looking for orthopaedic chairs and Judy was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She showed us a range of options, helped us decide on the best chair for our particular needs and contacted the manufacturer promptly to get a quote and then arrange for the chairs to be made. We were very pleased with the outcome.
B.Purchased an entertainment unit from here, arrived promptly - after unpacking the unit I found an issue with the door catching when sliding (manufacturing fault, not the stores)
I emailed them with details of the fault & they quickly organised a local furniture repairer to come & remedy the problem for me.
Cheryl in particular was great to deal with - great customer service & sorted the issue very quickly.
Entertainment unit looks great!

A.I was looking to buy Lazy boy chair, and I thankfully went in to Paulas . First time I have been in the store. Got to say I was so impressed with the quality of all there furniture. Also so impressed with the service, excellent , and also I got a really good deal too. Definitely a shop I will be returning to.
l.Carolyn (the shop dresser)is a gem; the store looks really inviting and is overflowing with great design ideas. Staff are very welcoming and have bent over backwards to meet our( at times quite exacting and even annoying) needs. Friends and family frequently admire the furnishings we continue to buy there. Paula's is the home of great taste. We keep going back!
R.We had a great experience. There was a wide high quality range within the store. The store manager, Wigan, who assisted us was incredibly helpful. In the end we were able to pick out a suite we really liked and were given a great deal! Will definitely be a stop for any future furniture shopping we do.
D.Beautiful displays. Large store. Always easy to park right outside. They have all the basics & some quirky pieces too. I've bought a few items from here, always found quality of items is good & built to last. Very lucky to have this store on the Kapiti Coast. I recommend a visit.

I.Excellent service from Paula's. I ordered a desk online on Friday afternoon and it was delivered the following Tuesday. Fantastic communication throughout the process from Caroline, Paula and the delivery team. The desk itself arrived in perfect condition and was easy to put together with clear and simple instructions. I will be going back to Paula's for any future furniture purchases.

A.Absolutely wonderful experience. Caroline went above and beyond to accommodate my purchase and her communication was top notch. I was looking for a specific dining table that was only available in New Zealand and this was the only store that was willing to ship it to Australia. Granted I had to organise the shipping which I was totally okay with doing since I really wanted this dining table. Caroline ensured that the process was fuss-free. I would definitely recommend this place if you are shopping online and I’m sure that they would just be as accomodating in store. If I’m ever in New Zealand, I will be sure to visit this place. From the very first email to the last email, these were answered quickly and professionally, dealing with Caroline and Cheryl made ordering my Hugo chairs and footstools easy, I highly recommend these guys! Thank you for my beautiful chairs and footstools, we just love them.
S.Great service a few months ago when I was buying an occasional bed. The first two attempts didn't work out. On the third attempt, we got the right item, a single sofa bed. All the time, the various people I dealt with were helpful, patient and attentive. They even held their sale price over for a couple of days so that I could drive over to their Paraparaumu shop to have a good look at the various choices. Even the delivery was trouble-free and earlier than originally estimated. I couldn't have asked for more.

T.We visited Paula's a couple of months ago and we were blown away by the experience we had. We were served by Paula who was knowledgeable with the products and a fantastic sales person, not to pushy and walked away to give us some time to think rather than forcing the sale down on us like you'd get at a competitors store. Another bonus of shopping here is the fact you're supporting local.
Prices in store were the lowest I've senn besides maybe trademe, and we picked up a bed frame on a very good sale, I later saw the same looking bed frame at the salvation army for a higher price!
Paulas is honestly second to none when it comes to furniture and believe me I know what I'm talking about as I am a furniture sales manager myself in a store in Central Wellington.

B.5 stars doesn't do justice. In a day and age where service is getting worse and worse these guys not only give you amazing service but go above and beyond and are very reasonably priced. They have an amazing selection as well. Every employee they have are amazing and very welcoming from the instore staff to the delivery people. A local business that has there stuff together.
S.The staff are really helpful and the variety of furniture and accessories is great. There was a slight hiccup when I ordered an oversized clock that had been discontinued, but the staff were very fast to rectify the situation.

W.This is a very helpful store. A week or two back we went in to enquire about furniture repair wax and some repair stain. The two items we asked about weren't on their shelves so the lady went out the back and reappeared a couple of minutes later with equivalent items. She said they were free. If only all retailers were like that!

S.After a year of searching, I found exactly what I wanted in this lovely store, and I was delighted with the assistance given to me by Judy and Ian. When I asked if the old chair could be taken away, I was told that would be no problem; within 2 hours, the new chair was delivered and the old chair gone. My thanks to both!!
