Y.I purchased few chairs from Idiya, their customer service is so perfect! I made an order Friday, and their driver just shipped on Saturday.
And the chairs is also quite good looking especially easy to be installed!! I recommend if you wanna get a beautiful chairs should choose them!!
e.Literally hundreds of containers of inventory. Kitset furnitures, food karts , tiny homes , cabins and caravans. Thousands of products with video reviews on YouTube channel. Delivery done via fleet of vans and trucks. It’s not a small operation and applauds for sheer number of products offered. Great quality superb prices and amazing number of choices. Branches in Pokeno in north island and Rolleston in South Island.

C.Great and efficient service. Items were delivered within a week. Got an Ikea gaming chair and the New York Corner Sofa Bed WITH LOUNGE.
Both items were easy to assemble and are great!
C.We were impressed with the service and the showroom/warehouse was worth visiting even if it's more like a warehouse. Many items offered online were assembled and available for viewing which gave us a good idea of dimension etc. The manager Suri was very helpful and knowledgeable.

J.I received an order that wasn't quite what I expected based on the description. I thought I was out of luck - but the team at Idiya were SO quick to apologize and arrange a pick up & refund. The delivery team was amazing, both on the drop off and pickup . Great communication, friendly, professional. I've worked in customer service in the past and know how hard of a job it is. I can say, hands-down, that the customer service I received here was some of the best I have ever experienced. I'm excited to place my next order with Idiya. They are hard-working Kiwis who genuinely want to do good by their customers. Just blown away by how positive this experience was.
C.Ordered a couple wardrobes and a desk 2 weeks ago. Received them all before expected due date. Couldn't be anymore happy with the service received from both Cathrine who helped with my change of address and the delivery driver who gave plenty of notice of delivery.
J.keep in mind: this address is not much of an official showroom. in terms of showroom it's a makeshift with an office, you can see a few collections of furniture but not put in a showroom quality way and only desks and outdoor sets are put outside. I'm not too fussed with this so i didn't really mind.
So make sure if u do plan to visit - know what you want. The staff that helped me were friendly and fine though, they knew what i was looking for and the warehouse is right there so they can pick the product for you right away and you can pay for it right there too.

D.Not a brick n mortar store but you can order online and pickup. I got a great Ikea glass cabinet and collected from the warehouse in Penrose. Really nice guy helped me load into the car then we chatted for a while. What a nice guy. And I love the cabinet which is great quality and quarter the price of similar options
C.Ordered a DJUNGELSKOG big soft toy last year. It said it was a preorder and would arrive in a few months. Ended up getting it 2 weeks after I ordered! He was big and soft just as expected. Only deducted a star because he wasn't wrapped very well and DJUNGELSKOG leg was sticking out of the package.
r.Wow What a Fantastic Furniture I received from IDIYA Furniture. I wasI was shopping for patio furniture and had some ideas about what I wanted it to look like. IDIYA Furniture took my ideas and turned them into outdoor garden furniture, and I'm quite pleased with the outcomes. I'll definitely order from IDIYA Furniture again, and I'll tell my friends about it.
C.Be very careful when ordering from their website. They say item is in stock when in actual fact it isn't. Have waited over 2 months for items to arrive. Finally arrived but Was short delivered. 1 item is still to come. I was promised delivery of the missing item days ago, but no where to be seen. My overall experience with purchasing from this company is disappointing. Customer service poorly.
Thank you for your response today 12 April 21. This issue took place back in November 2020.
Just to clarify- The website advertised them as being in stock. I didn’t find out until much later after I had paid that they weren’t in stock - that was my pain point as I needed them right away why I purchased.
Moving on - when they finally arrived into the country and were delivered missing 1 unit. I have increased the star rating from 1 to 3 as I believe the Manager personally delivered the missing unit so I didn’t have to wait another week.
L.Excellent service and communication. Delivery was fast, and I couldn't have driven to Pokeno and back for the very reasonable delivery cost.
Item arrived well wrapped and in very good condition.

A.They forgot to send my order : )) Was waiting two weeks, thought it's a delay. A good clothes rack/stand and fast delivery though
S.EDIT: After my first review I got in contact by phone with someone in office. I was told an emaile was sent to inform me shipment was delayed and my wardrobe would be in November's shipment (never received said email) I waited that long I could wait some more. Early November I got an email confirmation of shipment. Then nothing until Sunday 13th December at 9am when I got a phone call from the delivery guy telling me he's delivering my wardrobe in 10min ??? Lucky I was home !
I'm happy with my wardrobe, it was easy to put together. However I'm a bit disappointed in the lack of communication.

Preordered a wardrobe from this store on 19th August.
On 6th of October I sent an email asking for updates. I was told my order is "processing". Fair enough with Covid I expected it would take a bit more time for my order to arrive.
On 13th October I sent a another email asking for updates, at least an ETA. Never got an answer back.
It is now 19th October, 2 months after I placed my order. This is concerning and I'm a bit disappointed to say the least with the lack of communication.
I'm looking at getting a refund at this point.
C.I was worried about their service after went through all the google reviews. But my experience with them was excellent! I ordered a sofa on Tuesday, the day before Auckland went into Level 3 Lockdown. The sofa was delivered down to Wellington during the weekend. I'm very happy with purchase. Thank you! :)
A.Not the best communication, but they are working hard behind the scenes! I am pleasantly surprised today with their delivery time and product quality. Especially since I ordered during lock down. Desk is impeccable quality for the price! Highly recommend and I would order from them again! Cheers guys!

We purchased the Kuala lumpa sofa bed. Very happy with the product...colour was better than I expected.
Delivery was very prompt...Ordered on new years eve and arrived on 6th of Jan...which is very quick considering all the holidays in between.
Only comment would be, that it would be great to receive an email to say the item had been dispatched and was on it's way...there was no phone call either..so it was just lucky we were home. Delivery driver was friendly too
R.Great communication regarding delivery - and great delivery drivers - but an item was missing from my order and it's been almost two weeks and I have had no response regarding when I will see my remaining item. I'm not convinced I would shop here again - there are other Ikea stockists that are easier to deal with.
G.Almost all the products are available in their warehouse and available for pickup. I have not yet used their online ordering but will try that soon.
