Great to deal with again. Brought two mattresses and very happy with both. Delivery on time and as promised. Little extras were welcome. Good to buy local. Will shop here again.

Bought a mattress and base here. The quality is so good and the staffs were very helpful. Had to change our delivery time twice and they’re very accommodating and understanding. Highly recommended!

Have recently purchased our second bed from Brownies which was delivered with a rip in the mattress from where it had been dragged without enough wrapping/packaging. (I thought the first time this happened in 2016 I just got really unlucky). Now waiting on a replacement.

We popped in to have a look at mattresses.. However the offers were compelling and the staff were SO courteous and warm we ended up settling on a mattress and base 10 minutes later. Thank you Lucas and Paul! Cheers, SD

Should have posted this months ago. Had a great experience buying a bed here highly recommend. I purchased a bed and tried it for the 60 days and was able to return it since I didn't like it. They store manager helped me find a replacement bed which has been perfect, there was no drama at all about replacing the bed and the costs were really reasonable.

The staff are so friendly and the advise and knowledge is top notch. I can not fault Brownies, there sheet sets are just gorgeous, and reasonably priced too.

Absolutely excellent service very friendly and great deals from the Wellington branch and the delivery boys were delightful an even arranged the mattress for me so I could just drop it down on the base once I put it together. 10/10 if I needed to get another bed i wouldn't hesitate to come back, tho with such a high-quality bed im sure I won't need to for a long long time. :)

Very attentive staff was hoping to have the bed straight away due to the severe back pain I am in at present but was told it would be 2-3 weeks away. I feel if you go and pick and are ready to pay on the spot you should be able to get the product quicker than that 😀

Brilliant deal on 5 beds and headboards, freebies and mega credit deal. What's not to like? We are setting up an Airbnb, and Brownies gave us the best deal.

great service, lovely bed for a very good price. loved the delivery guys, who hoisted my bed over a balcony to get to the room, all executed with care and a smile.

PJ and Jamie were phenomenal to deal with, PJ is genuinely helpful without being pushy and also threw in a whole bunch of extras to help get me set up in Wellington. Clearly an expert and I would reccomend to anyone
