We are very happy with our new bed. We visited Lyall Bay House of Beds looking for a bed that wouldn't make us overheat at night. The manager was excellent and showed us the cool touch fabric, gel infused beds. He set us up with gel topped memory foam pillows and left us to try the three different topper pad options of these beds after explaining the differences. We could lie down, relax and take our time trying them out without any sales pressure. We decided on the europlush option and it has transformed our sleeping experience. We ordered a customised base with drawers to store the sheets in and this has been excellent at giving us some much needed extra storage. The bed arrived after four weeks. Although we still get hot at night, it's not as overheated as our previous bed. You can definitely feel the cool touch fabric. What is a definite improvement is that you can't feel any partner disturbance and the memory foam gives you excellent support without any pressure discomfort. You fall asleep without all the jiggling to get comfortable. The new bed is much higher which was an unexpected bonus as we are both tall. Very satisfied with the good service and high quality fantastic bed.

Great price, great service, great bed! Ash was super helpful and friendly from when we first came into the store. Found the perfect bed and was even able to customise the base to include storage drawers. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service at House Of Beds in Rongotai with Ashu who spent quality time with us showing beds that would be suited to our needs and to suit our budget. He has a fantastic knowledge of the beds and materials used and went out of his way to make sure we got a good deal. We decided to shop around before deciding on a bed and visited one of the prominent bed stores in Thorndon, however there was no comparison in service and quality so we made our way back to House Of Beds in Rongotai to secure our bed of choice. Loving our new bed thanks Ashu. We would highly recommend this store.

Bought a queen bed and headboard over two visits. Ash served us both times, good product knowledge, non-pushy sales manner. Pleasant experience, especially as he remembered us when we went to get a headboard 8 months after getting a bed.

Ashu is the salesman who dealt with us at HOB Rongotai. First with a double bed then a month later with the purchase of a headboard. He listens and recommends what is the best deal for you not the most expensive. He fixes delivery problems and actually got our bed delivered at express speed. He is knowledgeable and polite and a problem solver. Will definitely go back there.

Excellent Service !!! We arrived at the shop just as Siobhan was about to lock the door. Siobhan welcomed us in and said it's not a problem to stay a longer. I think we were there for about half an hour to 45 minutes and during this time Siobhan made us feel like there was no rush at all! We bought a bed on the spot! Will definitely recommend!

We have been to this store quit a few times since we started looking to buy a house in wellington. Every time we been here we always been served by the different sales person. Finally we bought the house and now we definitely need the items. As we paid lot for the house we really have to be in our budget to cope up with other stuffs as well. Couple of days back we went to look around again to see if we can get a better deal this time. We were been served by one of the gentleman so nicely and he explained us about the difference in beds in store. He gave us the quotation in a piece of paper and still it was going above our budget and then we decided to shop around to see if we can get a good bargain. We went to porirua next day and finally we got a deal in one of the stores that was according to our budget. But we always wanted to buy stuffs from HOUSE OF BEDS. We came home just to measure something we forgot to take with us before. And before going back to porirua we thought to just quickly go to HOUSE OF BEDS again to see if there's any specials today. And today we were been served by one of the staff named Aarti Kathuria. (Asst sales manager) As she approached we just said that we already got a deal with the other store and we just came to see if there's any specials here today. The first thing she asked "WHAT IS YOUR BUDGET" We told our budget and the items we need she just started showing so many different options that can suit our budget. Finally she chosen a unique combination set that we never thought before. She has given us such a good deal today which is still in our budget and also good in quality and a very well known brand. We just don't bother going back to porirua again and finally accepted the offer with Aarti Kathuria. We been through so many sales persons but she is totally different from others. She was very well presented and answered back all our questions we asked. She is just a amazing salesperson we have ever found. We wish her best of luck in her near future. We had the best service from Ash in Rongotai ! He sorted two split bed base for us in no time and even delivered them himself in less than two days ! I definitely recommend him ! Thank you !

Just bought my second bed from Slumberzone Rongotai. They are very comfortable. Recommend it. We enjoyed the good sales and delivery service as well. Thanks heaps Ash!
