When it comes to buying quality furniture Fabers ranks at the very top of our list. They take pride in what they sell and stand behind the products in their store. If you want the best, then you can't go past shopping in store here. As a local family owned store, the owners are friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. The staff turnover is 0, so you know you are in a happy place. We have purchased furniture in this store for some 40+ yrs and happily continue to return as well as recommend others to do the same.

Perfect service while ordering and organizing delivery of my new rocker recliner. David made everything easy as over the phone and email. Highly recommend Fabers for all your furnishings.

We found exactly what we were looking for at Fabers. Great range of products, Sharon and Alan have a vast knowledge of their furniture range. They both took their time to make sure we received the best possible solution for our requirement. The pricing was absolutely bang on and the delivery on time. Even the guys who delivered our furniture were extremely friendly and careful. They even took all the packaging with them. All in all. Great and enjoyable shopping experience. We now live in a stylish and warm home. Thank you guys very much and we will be back.

We are very pleased with our purchase of a new sofa at Fabers. From start to finish it was done perfectly. A wide selection of fabrics and colours to choose from to make our sofa truly original. Hannah kept us informed of the time it would take and the delivery was extremely good. The sofa was unwrapped and put where we wanted it and they took all the packaging away as well! Highly recommend Fabers, brilliant team.

Fabers were really helpful when we were looking for lounge furniture. Allowed us to buy chairs off the floor and although we were told the settee wouldn't be available till Sept. we were happy and surprised when we got a call to say it was ready to be delivered in June! Very happy with our purchase and the service!

Recently brought a new outdoor dining set, all went really well. Ordered over the phone, really easy instructions to pay deposit. Furniture arrived on time. Excellent service and really helpful and friendly. Definitely use Fabers again. Thank you for great local service.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who ensured we had all the information we needed to make our choice of the model of 'Stressless' chair we were looking for. An added bonus was that we were able to buy a model on display that matched our existing lounge suite in material and colour, thereby preventing a long wait to have one built for us.

Excellent service in store and great discounts on a range of furniture, including a chair that we ordered several days after visiting the store. Average service from their delivery agent though who was late and had to be convinced of the "deliver and place" requirement. This was the first time the store had used this agent and appropriate feedback by us was accepted with thanks.

We found the shop to be well laid out with plenty of space to view the furniture. The furniture we chose was top quality and delivery time was excellent. The sales staff were very helpful and they really know their furniture. Would not shop anywhere else for furniture in the future.

The staff at Fabers Furnishings were very helpful, there was no pressure sales pitch. The two Stressless Recliners we bought are very comfortable, well worth the investment in this quality style of recliner. Our Recliners were delivered by Fabers staff.

Moving into a new home which required curtains and furniture we were given the time to discuss our options, look at different ideas, add to that the excellent service and we felt really confident with our choices. The items received were top notch. Alan and Sharon always go out of their way to ensure you receive the best quality and if they don't have it in store they will get it for you. Nothing is ever a problem

Fabers were incredibly helpful when I went to buy a chair for my elderly mother. They gave me a really good deal, and were very friendly.

Excellent friendly service. Delays with suite and fabric which was totally understandable due to Covid and shipping but were kept informed with updates. Happy customers :-)

Great service - salesman gave us space when we were looking in the shop, just giving advice and information when it was requested. Talked the supplier into holding suite for a week to give us time to think about it, and arranged free delivery when it arrived. Couldn't ask for more, really pleased with the quality purchase and friendly personable service.

Customer service was excellent. The times we were in looking at Lounge furniture we were helped by two experienced and friendly staff members who made our task easier. A date was given for delivery [product had to be made] which was beaten by several weeks. An excellent shop to deal with.

Its been fantastic dealing with the team at Fabers. Alan and his team obviously have a quality offering well above those of the others and it's been great dealing with them. Highly recommended.

I ordered two custom made danska mobila display units. The sales person was very helpful,working from the measurements I provided,drew up plan. When it came to near delivery time, I was really hoping they would be ready by a certain date, and was disappointed when it was going to be the following week. As luck would have it, they arrived at the shop earlier than expected, but the deliveries for the next day had been organised, and the sales person Kris, managed to get the carriers to squeeze them in for me. One happy customer. Also followed up on a missing shelf. All good.

Kris was patient with our decision making and went the extra mile by wavering a second delivery fee and said he would deliver it himself. That is great service 👏 👍 👌

Strolled through Fabers Furnishings during lunch today and entered through the customer carpark entrance. I didn't realize you sold Kwila outdoor furniture which I love the colour of. I was more impressed with the variety of New Zealand wood furniture in dining tables and chairs. For a store that's not a big chain store the range of fabric lounge sites was wonderful to see and touch.
