I want to give the Lady & Man that worked at z five crossroads a big thank you for your service on Xmas Eve between 10 pm & 11pm when I came in you where both great thank you

Has diesel and two grades of petrol, on a decent size forecourt. Good range of garage snacks inside. The pies are as good as the BP Wild Bean Cafe pies, but the coffee needs work. They did upgrade my coffee one size, which got the fifth star, only four otherwise. Access is a bit tricky as it is on the corner of a very busy five road roundabout, as the name would suggest.

Your standard z experience. The tire pump isn't one of the automatic ones, you have to read the scale on it.

I love this place! The fact it's accommodating and open 24/7, it's great for people who need that last minute purchase (or midnight snacks). The lady is patient and lovely. Great service. Very easy to find. Make great coffee!!!!!

Just your typical gas station. Its close to home so its in a good location for me but it does tend to get really busy alot of the time. Its not uncommon to meet some interesting people there.

In a world of self service it was good, maybe an attendant on the forecourt would be helpful for some customers 🤔

There is a girl working at this store, and i'm sorry i didn't get her name. But she was amazing, lovely personality, energetic and generally looks like she is happy to be working their. Petrol Stations are generally not the most exciting places to work or visit but she has really changed this perception. She is prime example of how staff should conduct themselves working in the service industry! I would recommend she gets a job in Head Office training new staff on how to work for the company. I will now be purchasing my petrol through Z and Z only. Thanks five cross roads team great work. I feel terrible saying it like this but she is the girl with Ginger hair (Just so you know which worker i am talking about) :D

Oh boy now ive been going to this place for my petrol an coffees for years an i tell u its the best there is, they always help put your petrol in an air in tyres. And i love ❤ there coffees, i get : a large salted caramel latte-5 pumps- extra hot, an its purrrrrfect everytime. The lady (sori forgot name again) wiv the ginger hair an glasses is the best an always asks how i am an my granddaughter is. Thanx u r an angel 😀

It's your usual petrol station. When I went at about 5pm, it was very busy(of course!), but the staff were good, & not stressed. I even got my windscreen washed.
