M.Amazing coffee 24/7 busy because of exceptional customer services I reckon.
M.Large, clean forecourt. Easy multi access facility adjacent to SH1 roundabout.
Good range of fuels at ok prices (for the region).
Courteous, pleasant team members.
P.After a few hours driving to return our older children back to their homes to prepare for returning back to school, we stopped in at Z Tauhara for a wharepaku break, but more importantly a coffee for me (the only driver with 4 tweens). We were greeted by the most bubbliest of personalities, the most friendliest welcome I had ever experienced at a Gas Service Station...ever...
These two ladies joked and laughed with me while my order was being taken, they even helped secure the best purchase for the day, a Banoffee flavoured frappe. Lenore and Hinei need to be credited for the awesome service they displayed, but not only to me, to other customers before me and afterwards. Coming from the hospitality services myself, it can be tiring of course to hold that smile and bubbly vibe for your entire shift, but these ladies were absolutely remarkable. So to Lenore and Hinei, thank you so much for being the small but valuable laugh to my afternoon, thank you for the smiles and cheerful vibe you both brought to my and other customers' afternoons.

D.Staff need to sharpen up their customer service. Attendant rang up my stuff, I paid then she just walked away had to try and reach my goods under the perspex right at the end of the counter...
L.Great place to meet up as there are a cafe and other businesses next door, plenty of parking and the last place to fill up if heading to Napier.
L.Young guy doing coffees and smoothies was really friendly, helpful and made two great drinks. Thank you.
B.Very busy place. Unfortunately there are no toilets open in the adjacent shops and consequently the Z - Tauhara bathrooms have people queuing up with the result being unclean facilities.

C.I know the toilet area is always busy,but they should be checked a bit more regularly 🙄
O.I used the wash room after it was cleaned went back in with my daughter (after waiting in line forever again!) it was like she hadn't touched them however I was in the same cubicle moments earlier. We as customers need to also help keep them clean by relearning how to use a toilet and rubbish bin. It appears the staff try but get nowhere
G.The only garage with bathrooms available between Rotorua and Waiouru
V.This is a tricky one. The staff are great but management is average. I drove up from Hawke's Bay, forgot my wallet, went into the shop to confess I had no money before filling up. The manager would offer me no help. One of the staff coming off shift offered to lend me money to help me out. I was a female traveling on my own in the evening, I would have expected some support from a national company like Z.

B.Convenient petrol station. Great for those people traveling long distances. However its bathrooms always need a bit of a clean - there is always water on the floor from the hand dryers, and small bits of toilet paper on the floor.
However, they do have good kiwi pies. And we love the Z ethos of being owned by the NZ super fund.
And I live the pay at pump.

F.Home in NZ for the week and needed a mince and cheese pie.....didn't disappoint! And I like the 6 cents gas off per litre seeing as petrol is such a disgusting price. Still, Tauhara - great service.

B.Great place for a pitstop when traveling. You can fuel up and then head over to the awesome coffee shop at the far end.... They have great coffee and an array of tempting goodies and meals. Recommend💯☑️☑️☑️👌😋
I.Nice wide entrances and exits and handy to state highway 1. Nothing stands out, just your typical service station with some takeaway food shops next door. Great room for large vehicles
R.This is a great place, friendly helpful staff - a nice place to stop, freshen up and have a bit to eat
L.Good size and good service but gets really busy, especially with trucks. So sometimes some of the facilities like tyre pumps aren't useable.
l.Was ok but.... slow and cramped
B.There's a convenience store and subway nearby for more than a fuel stop. Self-service here so If your card for payment is not accepted here but otherwise accepted in others, you may approach the convenience store staff to charge via counter after you gas up

V.A full service normal Z but with good truck access and parking, popular for truck swaps. No bulk diesel here. Open 24/7 with basic food, coffee, convenience shopping and bathrooms

D.Great Auto Barn Style Setup. Surrounded by Cafe & Gift Shop etc.. Great Big carpark and service area also. No Separate Diesel Truck Pumps onsite unfortunately.
