Reviews of bp
G.With multiple entries and exits, it's easy to get in and out. It can be busy but I've rarely had to wait long to refuel. The in-car app makes everything quick and easy.
K.It’s one of more busy BP I have been in, they make ok coffee they have good selection of food, but not for vegetarians, don’t get me wrong they do have bit of options. But not as much as if you are into eating meats. Just add more options for vegetarians please. I don’t like MAC D’s but it’s awesome having one right next to you. I know a lot of people that really enjoy having so close.
t.Staff were really good. However I had a not so satisfactory experience with the car wash. I took the $25 car wash after a long drive. It seemed to be a usual high pressure water wash. Couldn't find any traces of soap/foam being sprayed. Didn't clean the dead insects squashed on the back of the rear mirrors and bonnet. Was supposed to dry the car after the whole process but it still had water spots which I had to manually wipe off with a micro fibre cloth before I drove out of the pump. Perhaps I expected more from the "Ultra Clean" Ad. Its just a regular water sprayer. Same result I got after driving my car on a very rainy day.
A.Went to a not busy Z at the top.of Taranaki to get a few things checked before big roadtrip and fill up. No staff available although there were 2 of them behind the counter, they couldn't help, didn't want to help or couldn't tell me where to get help. Went to BP down the road who had full forecourt, busy as and had a great young man with a ' Sure thing, no problem" attitude who had me sorted in no time.

Definitely better then Mobils late night service witch lead me to comming here in the first place...
Walked away happy with my v drinks and lighter...

I.This is by far some of the most reliable and efficient staff I have ever come across. Joe in particular is always friendly and makes amazing coffees for us. Please give him a promotion or something, he's great at what he does!
R.Car had a flat tire and crawled into this BP where an incredible employee Max went over and beyond.
C.My original review was 5 stars and well deserved... The staff and level of service was exceptional however some of the staff now (notably the older ethnic guy) aren't so great and I'm tired of recieving the wrong coffee. Sad, as this was my favourite BP for a good long while.
T.Probably my favourite BP in the city. The prices aren't too bad, and they've always got the best vegan pies fully stocked up. I really like stopping in here, they've also got a nice selection of hot and cold drinks.
