Attention to detail and the extra touches to celebrate my 80th birthday My thanks to the team at Hole in One restuarant The Spa experience and all the golf buggy trips we had about the property We loved it all and I felt it was a great way to start my 81st year

As part of our honeymoon, stayed here for 2 nights. We noticed the place is very overpriced and felt disappointed with what we payed... As a golf resort, I'd only recommend trying if you like golf as people seemed to be enjoying these features. The spa was ok, restaurant was pretty good. Great service from restaurant staff. Room was pretty spacious and bed was comfortable but feel like we definitely overpayed for the whole experience. The sustainability initiatives of this place are very questionable, given they got a gold star rating - most single-use plastic I've ever seen in any hotel I've ever been to over the last 8 years....

It was awesome, fantastic, amazing experience. My husband and I picked here as a honeymoon destination, and the decision was right. You can enjoy golf, spa, hot pool, hiking... with great mountain views. I recommend you to book restaurants and spa in advance.

Metal straws in the Millhouse were great to see, and I'm also loving seeing the resorts focus on local and sustainable produce. Loved our recent stay. Stunning surroundings with picturesque snow and frosty scenes at every turn. Staff and food was fantastic. Free shuttle service to Queenstown and Arrowtown was appreciated. Heated floors in bathroom and room heated on arrival was welcoming. Only negative were no slippers and on leaving a message on housekeeping phone, did not receive any or rung back. Gym, spa, pool facilities great. Will definitely stay again.

Visited 5 November and had a lovely swim in the indoor pool. There are 3 lanes and when we went there was a kids swimming lesson but only 3 kids so we didn't mind. Then tried the outdoor hotpools/spa. Pool was in a beautiful spot but covers are very tatty and the pond nearby was very murky! Staff were exceptionally helpful however and even took my elderly friend and I to/from the pool by buggy which was really appreciated as it's some walk from the main car park.

Such a cute hotel. Unfortunately we only stayed one night and didn't get to check out anything on site. They have a shuttle that will take you to arrowtown on demand which is awesome. Arrowtown is super cute and you should hike down Arrow River for an easy nice view of crystal clear river water. Hotel room was just what we needed and had a very nice tub. Would definitely come back!

Worth it! Beautiful location and excellent service. 3 restaurants available as well as a spa and gym. Accommodation built around a golf course. Definitely worth a stay for a long weekend. Update 2019 - been back a handful of times since my initial review. And I would give it 10/5 stars if I could. I would also recommend the cycling trail via Arrowtown into the Gibston Valley (bike available on site). Keep it up Millbrook and see you next time!

<ö+ PlaceMarked Reviews +ö> We stayed here 2 nights, location it’s a bit far from Queenstown Center about 20 mins drive. The road has beautiful views of the mountain but it’s dark at night. There were no light poles on the road all the way and the entrance of the resort does not have light so, it can easily be missed. We reached the place around 2:30PM, but the room wasn’t ready. We finally settled in our room around 3PM. This is a bit of a turn down for me, as we were expecting to get some rest after our long drive from Wanaka and prepare for the NY eve countdown. The weather was sunny and humid that day, so when we settled in the room i was surprised that there were no AC/ fan. 😔 so we settled with opening the windows while we take our nap. Unfortunately, when we left the room for our NY eve dinner/countdown we didn’t close the windows and when we returned back to our room.. it was full of mosquitos!!! 😭😭😭 it’s about 1AM when we called the reception for some help. They came in with a insect spray and sprayed the ceiling and all the mosquitos drop on our bed and the entire room was smelly. I requested for the bedsheet to be replace and fan to blow the smell away and use it for the night. Don’t get me wrong, the room was big and spacious.. the surrounding is fantastic everything is looks very pretty. But unfortunate events happened. Environment: 5/5 Waiting: 3/5 Price: 3/5 Service: 4/5 friendly staffs What I liked: - room size - the ducks were really cute, they knock on our door every morning! 😊 What I disliked: - no kitchenette/ microwave to heat the milk for coffee. -location was far from queenstown

There's nothing quite like this place. Hands down the best green's I've ever played anywhere in the world. The staff were magnificent. The back drop and scenery is world class! I will take the memories of this golf course to the grave. Treat yourself. Great buggies and rental clubs too! Nothing but a 5 Star service. Congrats to Team Millbrook

We have had the pleasure of saying in this lovely resort. Very quiet unit but with good acess to all facilities. It's not too far away from queenstown if you have a car perfect if you don't it's fine too as they provide a shuttle service. Worth a few days there.

The best accommodation we had in our 8 days South Island trip. Beautiful & enjoyable environment. Wide range facilities. That's why it is the award winning resort. Great staff service too. We tried 2 restaurants. MillHouse is fine dinning restaurant. And Clubhouse's buffet breakfast with A La Carte menu & fresh fruit juice was my best breakfast of this year. I feel regret that we could not stay there longer.

A beautiful tranquil gem set in gorgeous park like surroundings. The buildings are located in beautiful grounds with a view of nearby mountains. We moved into a Queenstown motel for the weekend but the highlight of our trip was staying at Millbrook, surrounded by mountain ranges and experiencing the most perfect fine days.

Very punctual and friendly staff, across all departments, makes the resort stand out in an area that is saturated with accommodation options. I love the fact it has its own eco system - multiple restaurants, huge golf coarse and grounds, spa, gym, pool and a huge number of permanent residences means it's always buzzing, with holiday makers and locals alike

I absolutely LOVE Millbrook Resort. Arrow town has some quaint little cafes and restaurants and is a pretty little place. The suite was huge. To top it off we came back to our room and to find a final birthday treat. Recommend going in winter to see the surrounding mountain that are outside your bedroom door covered in snow.

Stayed in an on course villa, during June winter, Millbrook has 27 holes, The coronet 9 we’re out of play for renovations during our visit. Some great holes here & a good golfing test. Villa was cozy with under floor heating as well as gas room heating. Course was enjoyable, scenery is breathtaking in winter with snow on mountains, Friday night skiing could be seen on slopes from our villa. We were approx 6-7klm from Queenstown town centre, had our own car to explore but resort has shuttle to town & Arrowtown. Meal in main restaurant was beautiful with great service.

This place is what dreams are made of - not to be missed when in NZ! A gorgeous all inclusive resort with golf, grass tennis courts, fitness classes, spa/sauna, and a few divine restaurants on site as well. Convenient free shuttles into Queenstown (20 min) and Arrowtown (10 min). We miss it here already!

Absolutely amazing golf course I couldn’t take my eyes off of each hole cause every hole has a picturesque scene. I can’t exactly remember which hole you can see a beautiful mountain. Can’t say the greens and fairways were well remained. But one thing that I’m so sure is if I go to play golf in Queens town I wouldn’t hesitate to pick the Millbrook golf course.

Loved staying here. Good sized rooms, nice interior and very relaxing. A bit far to walk to the car park though but that's the only downside!

Staff are friendly and helpful and porters will help you to your room. The hole in the wall is cosy and pleasant. You look left or right and you have a postcard worthy picture. Thanks again Duncan for making this such a memorable surprise ( and making me look so good.) Now what shall we plan for next year.

My family and I come here yearly for a holiday and can not recommend it enough! It is very easy with small children, excellent service and stunning grounds. Every year we all have the best time and all the staff are very accommodating to our large family.

We arrived for check in and we were greeted by the friendly staff at reception who introduced us to Toni. The service from all the staff was amazing. The resort is ideally situated to take advantage of ***y of the Central Otago attractions and thankfully avoids the over-commercialisation of down-town Queenstown.

Idyllic retreat, but you probably need to be a golfer to really appreciate it. Restaurants are all over capacity - hard to book and when you get in, too many tables squeezed in. Breakfast is an onstacle course! Also, not ideal for young kids - too many golf carts whizzing everywhere.

I shared a lovely lunch in the sun at the 'hole in one'. The location was wonderful. My eggs benedict were ok. The staff were friendly. My non-alcoholic cocktail took a wee while to arrive, however when it did show up it was refeshing. I will go back.

Before we even arrived, l’d have to say the service via email was on point. Showing availability on tee’s as well as what would be best times with impending weather. The course was open and allowed for some enjoyable shot making golf. The course was in amazing condition considering it was cored 3 weeks earlier. The greens therefore played a bit slow (3 on the stimpmeter). However, the course normally plays 9 and 12 on the “stimp” which would totally change the way you play. Jacks vs Milbrook? I’d go Jack’s Point.... Milbrook is more forgiving.

Visited the Health and Fitness Centre. The gym has all you should need to have a workout, but is missing a lot of free weights. There are 3 outdoor hot pools which at a guess are between 37-39 degrees. Pretty expensive at $32pp but it does allow for all day access.

What a cold windy day it was back in September (for my birthday) but a marvelous warm can do welcome we received from everyone.... We had lunch at the cafe ...just back from the Reception and Mum at the time had trouble walking which the young lady at reception quickly sorted out for Mum with a Porter driving us on a golf cart around to it...not a problem at all to these people and a big relief for me. The cafe is fairly big open schist stone old barn like interior with comfy seating and again a great staff from all over the world!...Had a very nice meal and talk with the waiters....Again nothing was a problem/more than happy to help us.. and they organised another Porter and golf cart ride first to the Ladies for Mum and then from reception as one porter spotted us out front and he drove us over to our car!!...We had such a great time there on a cold windy day made warm and welcoming by all the staff there... (Translated) In itself a nice resort with a golf course. I played Arrows and Coronet. Arrows is rather unspectacular. Coronet is better, but compared to other golf courses in the region, it was just ok. And for that, 190 NZD green fees are rather expensive. The greens were great, presumably because the NZ Open take place here in 2 weeks. Fairways also very good. (Original) Ansich ein schönes Resort mit Golfplatz. Ich spielte Arrows und Coronet. Arrows ist eher unspektakulär. Coronet ist besser, aber verglichen mit anderen Golfplätzen der Region war es nur ok. Und dafür sind 190 NZD Greenfee eher teuer. Die Grüns war allerdings top, vermutlich weil die NZ Open in 2 Wochen hier stattfinden. Fairways auch sehr gut.

スタッフの方がとても感じがよくて良かったです。ホテルのレストランは人気があるようで、宿泊客以外の方はたくさんいらして常に混んでいました。のんびりまったり過ごす事が出来ます。ホテルの雰囲気はいい。
