I went in just before Christmas to purchase a range finder as a gift. I was quickly greeted by Rhys (the CEO) who helped me find what I was looking for, and price matched against another store that had the same item, but would have been harder for me to get to. I’ve since purchased a trundler from their Albany store, and played a round of virtual golf at their Ellerslie Driving Range. All my experiences have been great from a customer service perspective, and I’ll be happy to use going forward for my golfing needs.

Awesome. Really great friendly service and experienced staff, helped me choose out my putter. I'm a beginner and he helped me find the best one for me. Then when we looked around the store another worker approached and had a lovely chat with us. Not trying to sell us anything just being friendly and obviously passionate about golf! Great experience and heaps of stock to look at.

This shop is so out of the way for me. But seeing Craig and getting the service I need is always worth it. Absolute legend!

Being new to golf I made a few mistakes while ordering new clubs. I ended getting in contact with a couple of legends who havve looked after a newbie in their no so brightest hour. Thank you Rotchie and Brendan for all your help. Would recommend your service to all.

Great service always very keen to help you get the right equipment for your level and ability. Great range to choose from and can even try clubs out on their indoor driving range before you buy.

A++ experience at Golf Warehouse. Huge thank-you to Brendan for his expertise and patience in our club fitting session. Can't recommend enough. Such a great range of clubs. The simulator and putting green are also fantastic additions which allow you to test pre-purchase. Thanks again.

Great putting area with wide range of putters (but basically only 35" ones so not ideal in my view). Crowded and excessive level of left handed clubs. Unsure if club testing is on offer (no signage or verbal offers to try before you buy). No customer facilities so make sure you go before you go (if you get my drift). I ended up leaving before I could make or decide on a purchase or not. Not everything seemed to have prices on them so prepare to have to ask. Update(1): Call received from the Branch manager, Brendan : Appology for experience on the last day of their sale - looks like all their staff were tied up with other customers at the time. Club fittings are available ( and offered by Brendan) - no purchase necessary, so just ask. There also was a toilet about, just not marked but once again - just ask. Sounds like they want to make sure you have a positive experience in their store after all. Update (2): Wow - what a change around in customer support. Brendan was great. He set me up with a couple of test clubs, made some adjustments on the fly, gave me a great recommendation regarding the club loft, shaft flex, length and also an alternative (Better) grip. Even though I didn't expect it or solicit advise, he even recommended a small adjustment in my right foot which fixed an alignment issue I hadn't even noticed! Also went through my putting and made a few recommendations regarding be options. I wonderful experience which has totally changed my view of the organisation. Well done.

Originally left the store disgruntled regarding an unresolved issue however Rhys made contact, addressed and resolved the issue very quickly. Appreciated that a lot and now very happy. Thank you.

These guys have twice gone out of their way for me to find boxes, make returns, find difficult clubs, etc. Top notch customer service in here, which is appreciated. They really seem to care about gold and their customers and will take some extra time to solve your problem.

This is a great place to get golf clubs. Not knowing that much, I found staff very helpful and informative. They directed me to a great club. They did not try and oversell me thinga. The virtual driving range is brilliant, you can practice hitting with clubs to help work out which club suits best. Highly recommend.

Great place to go if you're looking for irons. I went a couple of weeks ago and the guys really looked after me. They took their time explaining the different options and were really informative. Highly recommend, ask for Brendan.

Great shop if you are looking for golf clubs, accessories and apparel. Shop could do with an update, but staff are friendly with plenty of on site parking. Check out their website too, with many of the best deals to be had are there.

A huge selection of clubs, balls, shoes etc but very limited choice in Woman's golf apparel. Disappointing. Men were well catered for Helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Was quite empty when I went in. Plenty of staff but noone approached me to ask if I needed help. First time shopping there but managed to find what I was looking for.
