Learnt to play here as a junior and Last played here 20 years ago and its still a challenging course.

We arrived on a week day, with only a few friendly, helpful locals on the cause.
A beautiful cause, manicured to perfection. To the club, you must be proud of you green staff.
And all for $30/round!

T. E.Explained to me as containing "the hardest hole in golf" and being an "11/10", Dannevirke Golf club did not disappoint. A 18 hole Gem found in the heart of Manawatu, this course will challenge golfers of all levels. Highly recommend stopping in whenever you get the chance. Has wreaked handicaps of Kiwis from all over NZ.
G. K.Great toilets and showers though the whole place could use a bit of a spruce up. We stayed a night in our motorhome and paid $5 each to plug into power and enjoy the lovely hot showers. Great value!

J. H.Worth a stop as a very pleasant 18 holes of undulating golf. Enough going on to keep most golfers interested with mature trees of many types, doglegs and slopes. Camping available and very friendly membership all at very welcoming price.

P.impressive club in beautiful grounds. They have a full time green keeper so the greens are alway in good condition. There is also great food availble at the golf shop.
H.Great course, well laid out, tidy and in good condition. Green fees are also very reasonable at $25 for non affiliated players.
