Superbly located golf course open to the public at very reasonable rates. Close to town, surrounded by rolling hills and native bush. A pleasant and challenging course, well maintained and laid out.

Great course with some skillful ball playing needed to maintain a decent score. Well maintained. The 10th hole a cross the river a little daunting for some.

Love this golf course. So close to Nelson City centre but you feel like you are in the country with beautiful scenery, changing throughout the seasons. If you are looking to join a friendly golf club, make sure you check out Waahi Taakaro Golf Club too!

Great 9 hole course in picturesque valley only minutes from downtown Nelson. Friendly staff and well groomed fairways. Greens needing attention but appear to have been under repair but still ok for us average golfers .

Lovely course lots of trees very warm today greens very slow for me hard to sort out. 2 x 9 holes some very different tees made for quite different holes. Well worth the money unlike green island

Great setting for a municipal course. Relaxed atmosphere with some challenging holes. You can hire a limited selection of clubs and play 9 or 18 holes

Great little golf course, don't get mixed up with the Maitai club members though they don't know what"friendly"is, just remember that it is not their course and enjoy a great space, thank you Nelson City Council for providing this public golf course.

Great 9 hole course that has 18 tee boxes and 11 greens. Good fun with great prices and super staff. Par 72.
