Great family holiday park. Immaculate facilities, clean fresh pools, lovely playground and beautiful gardens. Safe and quiet. Great location. Minutes from the the beaches. We all loved our stay. Owners and cleaners were both so friendly and helpful.

Great spa pool with minerals that leave your skin feeling silky smooth. Kitchen area is reasonably sized and was always clean (we visited after school holidays). BBQ and cleaning equipment available.

Love this place, been coming here at Christmas for five years. Not to big a holiday park with lovely hot pools for splashing about and swimming..Super market and food shops a stones throw away. Also a lovely safe beach within a short drive by car or walk to the inner harbor. Golf course that is a must to play is just a short drive away..

Amazing cleaning staff. One staff member was yelling at other staff members and at campers for no apparent reason after 10 minutes of him going off at campers who ended u packing up and leaving. Not much parking in the tent sites. Very very close to the supermarket. Plenty of activities for the kids

This place was the cleanest place I have every stayed at. The staff are very friendly. Beautiful hot pool. The ground are well maintained with beautiful flower gardens in front of the cabins. It's a nice quite camp. A supermarket straight across the road with a pizza n curry n bottle shop. Had an nice n relaxing weekend there. Thank you.

Great Camp Ground in Omokoroa. Lots of Cabins and areas for Tents and Campervans. Heated swimming Pools and Bbq's to cook on. Nice fast pressure showers and toilets cleaned Daily. Great playground for the kids. Has washing machines and dryers . Friendly staff. Thanks

Friendly helpful service from the first phonecall. Gentleman at desk was particularly helpful in placing us so we could have our friends beside us. Campground and facilities were well maintained and clean and we were meters from all amenities. The pools were absolutely lovely. Supermarket and food outlets across the rd. Thank you Omokoroa Kiwi Holiday Park we had a truly relaxing stay

Didn't like the sarcastic note over the kitchen bench. I thought $260 for a night in cabin was EXPENSIVE. If it wasn't for the hot pools this would be a 2-STAR accommodation. there is also EMERGENCY ACCOMODATION PROVIDED here too. Would be good to be told this when booking. The young children in one group where running round flicking the pool lights on and off. when my husband told them not to do it anymore the father and kids then came in jumped in the pool with us. He was very intimidating and his kids, the ones who were turning the lights off kids kept splashing us. not impressed.

Have done a lot of upgrades since we were there last great place

Great place to stay, very clean and tidy. Will be coming back.

We have been staying here the past 3 or 4 years over the one love weekend and have always found this spot lovely, the staff have always been awesome the units are always lovely and clean the hot pools r always awesome to soak in after a long day and you have shops located right across the road like fresh choice to purchase food for cooking or you can go grab a kebab or sushi and even Pizza if you dont feel like making food yourself. Beaches located not far from here also if you feel like a change of scenery but the accommodation is so comfortable you barely want to leave. Great place to stay for some RnR

A nice very clean and tidy amenities right across the road is a supermarket, pub, restaurant and pizza place also there is a freedom camp site down by the fishing club in the carport with public toilets through the park

Great family time hot pools and golf 10 minutes away real country hospitality

Last minute decision to stay overnight in Omokoroa, we were please to be given a self Contained cabin at short notice. Convenient to supermarket and takeout, comfortable, clean, I cannot fault. I would recommend Omokoroa kiwi holiday park to family and friends.

It was fantastic - I've traveled all over the world and this accommodation was by far the most presentable and immaculately kept property that I have stayed at. The hosts were great, very friendly people at the park, made some new friends which is always a nice thing on your travels. Restaurants, and a beautiful beach just own the road, everything at your door step with a slice of paradise in between. After the thermal hot pool swim it made a great end to the day. highly recommend

What a fabulous place to stay. Clean and tidy with lovely gardens and an AWESOME hot mineral pool complex. Very friendly owners. We can't wait to come back again

Very lovely camping, tranquil and the staff was very lovely and welcoming. There was a guardian always checking that everything was ok, he also made sure that we slept fine, kitchen was alway clean in the morning. Gardens and flowers Very well looked after. The supermarket is right outside and it was very handy! There is a beautiful walk on the coast. Not central but in a very nice spot 200mt walks to the water. Only a small recommendation for the camping: it would be great if you could upgrade your white wear as it looks a bit dated. Overall it was great stay. Will definitely recommend.

Excellent friendly staff and service. Nice hot pools, good internet and comfortable motel units with everything you should require.

I camped here for one night and as a solo traveller it's kinda a rip off to camp for $55 a pitch, they only have powered sites so I wouldn't recommend camping here for solo travellers. Other than that this holiday park was great, was kinda jealous of the cabins they looked really lovely. Overall a very clean and very family oriented park. The huge supermarket across the road was awesome and very convenient. The hot pools were lovely, would have been nice to have one cold pool though and some deck chairs or something so I could chill in the sun beside the pool and read a book. Almost freaked out when the sower was cold but I forgot to push the button outside. Being real picky here but the showers were pretty weak. Would recommend for someone that's looking for a relaxing long weekend with the family. Staff really lovely and helpful. Excellent for tranquility and relation.

A great place to stay in the caravan with a shopping centre across the road with everything from pizza, cafes, supermarket to a hairdresser. Around the corner is access to the cycle/walkway to the beach or to Tauranga. Dogs welcome by prior arrangement.

Had a great stay here. Nice and quiet, clean and tidy. Enjoyed the hot pools.

The campground had some tired and titchy adults and children around. Owners also seemed to be on the same buzz immediately following the New Year/ Xmas period. Didn't enjoy the sarcastic note over the kitchen bench.. also no coffee maker, think we paid enough for a basic cabin ($170 per night) to have a coffee maker available and have someone wash a cup or two. Fresh choice across the road.

Such a pretty holiday park. So clean and well equipped. Convenient location with shops directly across the road. Biggest highlight is the fantastic hot pools. Had such a great stay with the kids. Perfect for a family get away!!

Great family friendly place. We have stayed at this park 3 times now. It is always clean and tidy. The kids swam in the hot pools for hours. It is not a 5 star hotel but is great value for money for simple clean accommodation .

We like it here. Big sites for our caravan. The best thing are the hot pools. The facilities are always clean but the bathrooms could do the bringing up to date.

Loved this place. From leaving state highway 2 along Omokoroa road I found this park no problem at all. Time was only accounted for by this great event. For once having turned into the entrance there in front of me lay Omokoroa Kiwi Holiday Park. between events time seemed to tend downwards to nothing, and if you asked me something about this road, I might mention a round about or something. The next event opened up like a peaceful glance into humankind itself, as a genteel man, with a gentle smile welcomed me into the experience of the park. A family business, more than likely. Time slipped by as I went through the motions of pitching the tent and laying out the bedding. It was dry weather, and hot. Maybe these things put a curve on time as it slipped away fast, punctuated by moments of light, stored up in a matrix, for the next thing I found myself doing was taking a swim. The pool was good, and I relaxed in weightlessness as it's forgiving warm waters picked me up once I found the deep end. Ever since dawn of time we as thinking beings have looked to punctuate our lives with good things. And our families'. Time can be accounted for by change in state. I quickly changed and headed out of the park taking in all that I saw. And this was good too and charged my batteries and changed my state and i remember how nice and clean this park really was. I found the road and crossed the busy lanes. I had an ice cream from the new grocery store opposite. The little regular things of everyday life were added to by now, with the holiday spirit. But I can't remember too much of the shop but just that the ice cream was delightful. I walked all the way to the beach. And how time passed so very quickly . The sun was hot, the tar was melting and those things I can remember, but only because that on reaching the beach it was beautiful. The waters were pure and blue with light sparkling in them and I took a swim. This marked time. I stayed one night in an unpowered site which was, thankfully further away from noisy campervans. From event to event, life points us onward. And the world was punctuated and every event even Christmas points onward. Excellent facilities.

A friendly atmosphere close to supermarket and fast food not to mention the beach with the boat club. The 3 various tempered pools are relaxing and enjoyable at the end of the night. Nice open area plenty of space to move about and aime of the best amenities. Obvioisly cleanliness is taken seriously. A nice relaxing quiet.place to relax and go about.your buisness.

Quite, well maintained place. Enjoyed camp site. Clean and tidy kitchen, bathroom, driveway and entire premises.

We did not stay here, but used the (hot) pools instead. There are 2 heated pools varying in temperature. Everything is neat, tidy and clean. Definitely worth a visit - especially with the kids. Recommended

After staying at many holiday parks this is one of ,if not the best.Beautifully clean cabins, pools ,amenities and in general.Immaculate grounds and gardens and three awesome pools to cater to the whole family. Lovely park owners whom only contribute to the lovely family feel and all round experience.I would recommend this park as a number one family holiday destination at any time of year,including winter as the thermal pool area is well sheltered. I could go on and on. Thankyou for the great stay we will be back!!

Cute cosy cabins! Heating provided which is a bonus. Own bathroom in our room which is handy. Well maint grounds and hot pools are awesome.

I've been reminiscing about our recent stay at the Omokoroa Kiwi Holiday Park. We only stayed for one night of our honeymoon back in April and I can't wait to go back again. I chose to return there because I knew of the hot pools and Im so glad we did. It was a monday night so we had the pool almost completely to ourselves. The sky was clear and full of stars and we got a bottle of champagne from the bottle shop across the road to celebrate. It was very romantic and the unit we stayed in was perfect. I recommend this place without hesitation. Excellent value for money.

Been coming here for years. One of the best Holiday Parks I've ever been to. Excellent facilities, excellent rooms and friendly staff. Good location for shops and for the beach, and the year round hot pools are a winner!

Older gentleman there is lovely... facilities are in process of serious upgrade...pool is lovely. Young man occasionally at reception could do with some customer service training... otherwise a lovely smaller holiday park..with grocery store across the road.

Nice place. Friendly staff, very clean facilities. right across the shop and nice calm bay just in 2 min driving. We enjoied it a lot. Just was sad that hot pools closed after 9 pm. For us late night woud be best time to enjoy hot pools befor going to sleep.

The facilities were excellent and exceptionally clean. Very accommodating with a change in site etc. Would certainly recommend. As we were staying with kids it would have been nice to have had some more room to play soccer etc but will certainly be back.

Amazing place . I have traveled around the north island a this is by far the best place I've stopped . The owner's are very friendly and the facilities are plentiful and immaculate. The thermal pools are must . I have no hesitation in recommending The Kiwi holiday park and will be more than happy to return in the future .

Haven’t stayed yet but made a booking from Australia for the Chrissy period and Sue and Bruce were fantastic in helping accomodate us for the whole time- need to swap cabins halfway through but otherwise it was tents for us lol. FANTAST personal service, can’t wait to get there! Thank you!

We had an absolutely awesome time. We were 1st time campers and it was completely stress free thanks to Sharons helpful advice before we got there and Bruce's warm welcome when we arrived. The park is exceptionally clean and inviting. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to go camping. Also they are close to many amentities and activties and the locals down the beach are friendly too. My kids didnt want to leave they loved the place. Im diffenately going back and will be staying longer. Thanks Sharon and Bruce for the start of many good memories. :-) The Taiapa-Brown Whanau from Auckland.

My two days experience staying at this holiday park in cabins with my family has been a delight and a pleasure to be there, the cabins were nice and warm in the middle of winter, facilities were convenient and clean, supermarket was very handy, kids had an awesome time swimming and enjoying the hot pools, the whole experience was a sublime for my family and we cant wait to go back there again on our next school holidays, thank you to the friendly manager and staff for making our stay feel welcome.

A great place to rest. Whilst the park is small it does have its own thermal pools and a huge super market over the road.

Only used pool facilities but love the natural thermal pools. Only thing is it is a dash across a field to get to toilets from pool.

Rooms were clean and affordable, but the best part were the pools! Perfect for families!

Overcharging folks for a few lukewarm pools, but lots of fun if you want to kickback while the kids run around.

Pools are so expensive down this way ($8 pool only) nice n warm & clean with that sulphur feel.
