R.Drove from Christchurch last Saturday for 9 holes in the afternoon and course exceeded expectations. Played the front 9 and course was in great condition. Definitely plenty in the course to challenge the casual golfer with undulating fairways, well placed bunkers and challenging greens. Perfect balance of trees, enough for an obstacle but not so many that your joining Robin Hood in Sherwood Forrest. Will definitely be back. Look forward to seeing what the back 9 has to offer. If visiting this course be sure to check out U-Bake bakery for some pre or post golf lunch if they are open.
