Was a fun time, staff were friendly. Only reason for a 3 star was it was so incredibly hot in there, like being shut in a car on a summer's day hot, I've never sweat that much in my life, I feel sorry for the staff, please add some fans or something, I'd love to come back but it needs something!

Clip N Climb north shore is a great place! Owner was very friendly and staff were very helpful. I bought my 5 kids there ages from 6-14 and they all had a blast, thank you so much! We will be back 😁😁

GREAT afternoon with the kids in this indoors climbing centre. It's safe and clean and everyone gets to enjoy being brave and daring. The features are challenging and fun. Will definitely come back here again!

Awesome venue but really lacks somewhere for small children. They desperately need a closed in play area for small toddlers while their older brothers and sisters climb. Also should b allowed food and drink in the waiting area because how else do you occupy toddlers with nowhere to play and nothing to eat? The staff were very friendly and the activities great....just hard when half your children are old enough and the other half aren't.. so found it hard to help and support my young climbers and also occupy, carry, trip over, the little ones.

Awesome venue for birthdays and events. Went here with my family and was really nice. They have some really cool walls and different ones I've never seen before. My favorite is definitely the spiderman one where you have to crawl up just using the sides.

Took my 6 year old here today and we had a awesome time. It’s a great facility with really cools walls to climbs and cool things to do. Safety seems like a high priority and have to say I thought all the staff were amazing! Really nice and friendly and great with kids. We will be back!

This place is awesome. The staff were so helpful and kind. The manager Derek spent 10 minutes with my boy encouraging him to jump off the high platform. Honestly, they couldn't have done more to impress us. It's a fantastic facility with so much for the kids to do. 11 out of 10.

Love this place, and so do the kids! they have variety of walls for all levels of climbers, and have the right controls in place so it never feels crowded. It's really well managed, and the people who look after you are amazing, they have plenty of staff and are always in good spirit and willing to help or provide tips to the kids. They also cater for special events and birthday parties (have rooms for celebrating next door).

Visited your branch yesterday with 4 kids aged 12, 10, 9, 7. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves!! Great walls & challenges, great variety. And your safety is top notch. Staff very friendly and helpfull. My only suggestion is placing a water fountain to fill up drink bottles...and parking is a problem. Otherwise amazing experience....will come again.

I had an absolute blast here. The variety of climbing walls of various difficulties are brilliant! The staff were extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I'd easily say some of the best staff I've ever met. The giant slide they have is thrilling, if a bit daunting at first. But the safety is excellent and the rush is amazing. I would plan to visit here again coming up to Albany

My daughter went for a bday party here today. Was loads of fun while being very challenging for kids and probably adults as well. There were lots of different types of walls to climb and sessions are set for an hour with a limit on how many people can be in. Great for kids bdays. Very highly recommended.

Overall the experience was a bit lacking. The people working the counter weren't so much 'rude' - just completly apathetic, and gave us the overall impression our presense was an imposition. Then the young guy running the safety briefing rattled through it like we were interrupting his lunch break. Then finally, we went to pay to try the big slide (have to pay extra) only to be told we needed 10 minutes and there was only 9 minutes left in the session. I laughed at first thinking it was a joke, but no; as my kids stood watching with increasing more upset faces she said we were 60 seconds too late. Then she walked off to have a gossip to her co-worker. The facilities are fine and the overall experience was enjoyable. But really let down by the staff and left with a very bitter taste in our mouths.

Excellent climbing experience for the kids. The facilities are new, clean and modern. The staff are upbeat and great with the kids. It's hard to find young employees who are engaged with their job, but the ones there seem to be. Met the owner while there; seems like an excellent guy!

I had my 9th birthday here 3 years ago with 8 of my friends. We had a nice time, the staff was very friendly and they helped my friends and I a lot. I’m planning my birthday to be here this year too! Thank you for such support and care.

All three children, My husband and I all really enjoyed it. Polite, helpful staff members good with my smaller children making them smile etc... we even brought the baby and awesome clip n climb person offered to hold her! Definitely one of the cooler things to do as a family in Auckland.

Hi , we took our 7 year old daughter here and she had a great time, the staff was very helpful, especially the lady that was working on the floor. She helped our daughter initially to get to the top. The facilities are also very clean. 😊

This place is awesome! We came here with a group of 5 adults and we definitely had way more fun than the kids there :) We booked our session online and it was so easy to book. Staff were so friendly and just made our experience so much better. Will for sure be coming back!!

Really pleased with Clip N Climb North Shore. Staff were really helpful, communicative and friendly both before and during the activity. The climbing walls were a lot of fun, and there were plenty to choose from all of which were different. My group had an excellent time and would highly recommend.

I took 3 girls along today - ages 8, 11 and 13. They loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was for me, the driver. I wouldn't go again on a week day as there is insufficient parking and trying to find a park on the street is a nightmare! Took me ages.

Safe, friendly, challenging. Even at 36 years old the challenge of all of the variety of climbs has made me smile. I will keep coming back to improve my time on the speed climb! Awesome experience.

Great place for kids. In summers it gets really hot inside the climb area & water bottles must be left At the waiting area. Couple of big pedestal fans will really help.

I find the Auckland Council recreation centre rock climbing experience much harder. You can climb on your own as no belaying is required.

Had a great time at Clip n Climb today. I really enjoyed the speed climbing wall and both the ultimate challenges. Definitely recommend, everyone can have fun and challenge themselves here.
