A.Crossfit Birkenhead is awesome, I have been going for 3 years and I love the variety, challenges and fun atmosphere. I got my husband into it also - he thought it would be no good for his knees after old injuries and how wrong he was! All movements are able to be scaled and the knowledgable coaching staff have greatly improved all his old injury issues.

J.Great place for letting go of energy that's piling up throughout the day. Enough parking in the alley in front of the gym. Men's and women's locker rooms and filtered water for everyone inside. Timetable to be found on the website. Morning and afternoon sessions available

M.Fantastic place to get fit, it has a community atmosphere which is really supportive and the trainers are knowledgeable and make sure you learn how to do movements and exercises correctly, best thing I ever did for my health was join
