Great gym with great atmosphere, it's a bit hidden away but a great gym to exercise at

Lights too bright, cannot do exercises facing out without vision impairment.

Good assortment of gear and great setup. The manager of the gym is an IFBB judge and knows his stuff bout posing etc also. I only rate this 4 stars just did to how difficult it is to find. Blink, and you'll miss it

This is a great little gym. I came up for work and I initially looked at the photos on.line and thought I might want to go somewhere else. Once I actually visited it I was more than happy. The staff are helpful, the facilities are great, more than enough equipment. I'm happy, I'll definitely come back more.

Awesome gym! Hidden away under the Cordis Hotel, it has exceptionally good equipment, perfect layout and the staff are amazing; not only are they polite and friendly but they know the fitness and health industry throughout! Couldn't recommend more.

Very well equipped gym with helpful staff who always ensure that the equipment is clean and tidy.

Postive vibe, clean and newly purchased gym equipment (or just really well maintained). Enjoyed chatting to the owner and staffed. Very knowledgeable and helpful!

Looking for an inner city gym . I’d recommend flex akl . No fuss not full of gym heads just good people that are pretty inclusive . Well equipped and new staff make this my gym of choice .

Modern high quality gym, it has great new equipment (including stairmasters & a deadlift platform), friendly people & nice bathrooms. Pretty decent price as well!
