E.My wife and I have just joined Just Workout Milford. We gave up gyming together some 20 years ago and decided that it was time to get back into it and take better care of ourselves. This gym suits our needs perfectly. It has all of the equipment we need and the staff are simply amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help, support and encourage you. This is the beauty of a small gym environment.
S.Love coming to work out here (as much as anyone can love working out). Always greeted with a smile, and my workouts are supported and encouraged. Daleen is for sure the best worker I’ve ever worked out with! She understands me and my needs at the gym and never fails to encourage me and celebrate every milestone, no matter how small. She’s done wonders for my confidence and coming to the gym every day is made better thanks to her beautiful smile!
N.JustWorout Milford is great for anyone who is looking for a fantastic gym with extremely friendly staff who make you feel so welcome! The staff cater to all ages and levels of fitness, from just starting out to helping you prepare for competitions. Classes are amazing with extremely talented instructors, I would very much recommend Abbey's yoga classes if you can make it.
P.The staff here are just so lovely ,cheerful ,helpful at all times . They always welcome me with a big smile on their face no matter what . It just makes my day even better .Not only that they constantly check on me every day to see how I was doing etc. I have never come across with the staff like this . A big shout out to Jane , Daleen and Briardee for their kindness towards members .👏

J.good gym the staff are friendly and always gibe you a smile when you walk in. the showers and changing rooms are immaculate! and the equipment is well kept.
J.Small 24 hour gym. Top level is dedicated to women only. Can get hot when doors closed.
t.Great team & awesome location, so convenient & always have a great gossip when i drop in to work on the gun show :)
R.Staff friendly, machines and equipment in great condition, place clean and have seen security visits during unmanned hours which is great
