Cool space, cool people, cool vibes. Everything Auckland didn't have but totally needed. The spaces are slick and well designed with all details looked after. Everything is simple and streamlined from booking, paying, and changing rooms. The world class trainers and instructors are the best part and seal the deal as this being the best gym in Auckland, hands down.

This old girl loves her yoga and having a good place to practice with great teachers is important. SALA is very stylish but is also warm and welcoming. I love the space and loved the yin yoga class I attended taught by Sarah. Will definitely be back whenever I'm in town.

Love all the teachers and classes, located in such prime location by Ponsonby!

Totally amazing gym right in the heart of Auckland! There really is nothing else like it in the whole country, beautifully designed and curated with a whole heap of classes to choose from SALA is a dream, would 100% recommend it!

Lovely instructors and some interesting classes. Have a look at their website and judge whether the vibe is for you because it's not for everyone. While there are a range of fitness levels here, everyone looks gorgeous, so keep in mind if you're not feeling super confident.

This space is exactly what Auckland has needed for years. If you’ve recently returned home to Auckland or you’ve just moved here from abroad and you’re wondering where everyone is, they are here. This is the place to grow and strengthen your practice, this is the place to meet vibrant and determined people, this place is well worth a visit.

A great spot! Fills the massive void in Auckland. A mix of incredible Yoga teachers and awesome High Intensity workouts. I would recommend to anyone.

What an awesome space and collective experience. There is a class for everyone , offering expertise from different variants of yoga, pilates and HIIT. I'm even going to try out the kettlebells. Sarah and team really look after you, and strive to get the best out if you in technique and form . Thoroughly recommend 😁👌

Recently I stopped by Sala to try a class… it struck me immediately, the difference in tone. It’s still the friendly, intimate hub that I prefer for my yoga practice BUT it had a surprising edge to it - the studio is dark grey and moody while still being filled with light, I dogged up and down to tabla music that faded seamlessly into grungy Arca tracks - really, this just set the scene for a challenging yoga practice that pushed me beyond my usual form. I predominantly do yoga to reconnect with my emotions as well as develop my internal world and body - I enjoyed welcoming a wider range of my emotions and pushing myself a little bit harder that day. See you again. x
