I've been working with Dan for the last few months, and as a golfer I have seen incredible improvements on distance and mobility control, through his screening he created a program, fit specific for me and my goals, and I can't thank him enough for the help he's given me.
If you want someone who is going to help you push yourself to your goals and then exceed them while having a good laugh, he's the one to go to.
For an example, in 2 and half months my club head speed has increased on a course controlled average of 109mph to 115mph, with a max of 125mph. And we weren't even working on speed.

I was lucky enough to meet Dan in passing at a golf course and also luckier that he likes a good chat. I had no idea what he did for a living, so I was lamenting in my early 60s the ageing process and how much shorter I was hitting the ball. He told me with confidence that he could get me an extra 10 miles per hour clubhead speed in 6 weeks. So after a few weeks of mucking around I contacted him and we got into it. I have just completed my first 6 weeks and have gone from 92mph to 101 mph. I am hitting the ball harder and longer and have less fear at going hard at the ball. I am very much looking forward to what the next few months brings in terms of speed. It’s my job to put the scores together as a result of this extra speed and distance. Dan's enthusiasm, knowledge and breadth of skills combined with a really personable nature have made my new golf centric workout routine a really good journey and one that I would recommend to anybody of any age, but have certainly reminded me that we do not have to give in to age and settle for being 50 yards behind the young guys.
