A.Awesome gym and great trainer. I have learnt so much from training here, the coach really helps you to see where you can improve and rewards hard work and dedication. Would highly recommend for anyone interested in kickboxing
B.Best Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu gym on the shore. If you are looking for just fitness or to improve your combat/Self Defence skills I highly recommend you to come visit Greg and the Team ! World class instruction and super friendly atmosphere. They have class for everyone from children to adults, women classes, private classes, fighters classes, fitness etc...Awesome place to train !
