T.I joined the ZR team just less than a month ago, and I had a fear of not being fit and stepping onto the mat not able to perform the exercise. However, professor Cigano and the team are so great and helpful that I feel like a part of the family. Each class is fun and a great physical and mental exercise. Highly recommend.

Professor Cigano is not only a multinational champion, but he is a great communicator and teacher. The environment is supportive and friendly and the training is both fun and serious. From seeing the junior classes, he interacts with kids so naturally that it's just obvious he has a kid of his own. Even after just a few days of training, everyone makes you feel like you belong to a family.
I'd recommend this for any beginners as well as those with more experience, looking for a reliable and committed instructor.

The way Professor Gledson Cigano teaches is like no other person I’ve experienced , he takes time when teaching things and really focuses on the small details in every movement. He always makes sure everyone has understood and can repeat the movement with ease before he moves onto the next technique.

A.I had been looking for a Jiujitsu academy where both my children and I can learn and train together and found Team ZR in Jan 2021 - Professor Gledson Cigano is an awesome teacher and has a great way with the kids, in challenging them and supporting their growth. My 8 year old daughter said to me "I am not scared of anything now that I train Jiujitsu" , I have seen a huge improvement in my kids confidence and the respect that they show others thanks to the values instilled by training with Gledson at Team ZR. Everyone can learn at their own pace , I am 47 years old and have lost 21kgs training jiujitsu - I hear a lot of people my age say they would like to try BJJ but they need to get fit first - Dont wait - just start - you get fit as a part of the journey and its fun.The family culture at Team ZR is great - Give the free trial class a go
I.I feel at home every time I train there. Cigano is such a great teacher, who makes us feel part of a family. I recommend this place to anyone who is willing to try something new.
B.As a beginner, I had the fear of stepping into a gym for the first time. Luckily, Cigano and the whole team were so professional and considerate. They made me feel completely at home. If you're thinking of taking up Jiu-jitsu, this is the place to go. Needless to say, I'm well and truly hooked on Jiu-jitsu, and I have ZR team to thank.
S.What a great place to be at, recently just started turning up and felt very welcomed by the people and by Prof. Gledson Cigano. Tell you what Gledson is a beast but a controlled beast, he is very knowledgeable at his craft and can explain the techniques in a way that is digestible by anyone and if explaining wasn’t enough he will show the movement properly and will tell you to do it and correct any mistakes that he saw during the motion. In ending I would recommend anyone to come down and join us for a few session and see if it is for you or not.
