T.I needed to do something about my weight and fitness and Wasn’t sure how to go about it. But after talking with Jess she made me feel at ease and help me get back on track. Craig gave me awesome support too when I wasn’t sure about excises he was there to help. What a great bunch of people. Thanks Gizzy CrossFit!!
