Brian owner of Primal Fitness is an amazing and highly experienced trainer. He has been able to provide meaningful 1-1 training sessions, and overall wellbeing support. Best trainer and program EVER and their have been a few but none have recieved a review from me until now. Thanks Brian 😊 🙏

Brian is one of the best Personal trainers/coaches in Gisborne. He is experienced and provides a safe and professional space to train his clients. What sets Brian apart is his respect for professional development, not willing to simply being a "PT", he chooses to stay up to date. This shows respect for himself and for his clients by receiving the latest training and keeping up with an ever evolving industry. Brian is also a trainer mentor; training other personal trainers. Primal fitness also has Gisborne's only medical graded body composition analyser, ensuring a 98% accurate print out of your body composition symmetry, basal metabolic rate and more. I recommend Brian and his team to anyone who wants to be trained in a professional environment and get the results they deserve.

I did a 5-week challenge with Brian and could not think about one thing that I did not like. Brian is amazing at what he does, can gently push you but knows exactly where your limits are. I loved all the work-outs and have noticed that they were getting easier, which they were actually not but my body was getting stronger! 100% recommend!
