A fantastic gym for all. Marie and the team are super friendly and offer a very professional gym experience. There is no judgement, just encouragement. An added bonus is the chance to meet others and form friendships/coffee dates. Brilliant atmosphere and just perfect if you are new to Kerikeri.

I love getting to work out at Curves. The staff and the members all make you feel incredibly welcome. You get a great workout in just 30mins. I've seen a huge difference in my health and flexibility since joining.

I love everything about this place!! Believe me, I have thought about going to a gym for many years but always been way to hesitant to actually step through the door. Once I plucked up the courage to go in I have been welcomed and supported so well I actually look forward to working out. This is the best, supportive, fun place to gain strength and fitness.

As a person who has struggled throughout life with carrying extra weight, Curves has made a significant difference to my health. Going regularly is easy to do as the staff are good value, the exercises as hard as you want them to be and the whole process is motivating.

Marie, Shona and Karen make early morning classes motivating and fun. The members are friendly, humourous and a joy to be around as we exercise to improve our health outcomes. Curves offers the option of either attending a group class or working out at your own pace. Regular workout "challenges" are run to keep the enthusiasm high. These "challenges" make me determined to 'move with purpose' to make those half hour workouts count! I've seen huge improvements in upper body strength, balance and coordination and had fewer gardening pains or strains since I joined in January 2020. Curves Kerikeri is an excellent exercise regime for those who may be a little "time poor" because of the half hour circuit system. Highly recommended.

The staff at the gym are great, always encouraging positive, this is a great way to get your daily exercise in while also having fun and meeting new people. Highly recommend you give it a go.
