S.Good workouts, especially for a beginning like me. great staff. good equipment, it may not be the best equipment in a gym but it does the work great. You definitely should atleast try going there, they have a free first time trial, so you can see if you like it or not. Overall great place👍
I.Excellent, knowledgeable staff and customer service which is unmatched by some of the larger players out there. They offer a very comprehensive set of classes and their equipment is both approachable for newcomers, yet old-school and hardened for veteran gym-goers.
