L. F.Awesome gym and fitness facility. Staff are amazing with fantastic personal trainers fully qualified for your training requirements. Two floors with great equipment and good music Awesome atmosphere. Based south end of Newton rd I highly recommend Flex Fitness for your gym of choice.
