I highly recommend Red Dragon Thai Boxing club not just as a martial art/Sport but for fitness as well. It is family friendly as my husband, kids and I all enjoy participating in this exhilarating sport. Brent and Holly are the most inviting and motivated people i have meet they make you want to come back every week as no class is ever the same. We are all one big Family. Come and join us, you won't regret it.

Yo. Great place to train with the mumzie and kids. Coach caters too most age groups and is a Solid environment to advance your skill set and Arsenals. Big Ups Coach and Red Dragon Family.

Great gym with an awesome coach who cares about all of his fighters and people who train with him for pure fitness very dedicated to get everyone to the same level of fitness and skill set and puts a good emphasis on technique when training definitely recommend for beginners and experienced fighters
