Absolutely love this place. I recently moved from Auckland to New Plymouth and there was no doubt that I’ll be joining F45 again. One thing I can say from this branch is that the trainers are so nice and friendly 🙂 and honestly i feel so much more welcomed. Great job guys

After 10+ years of trying to be more active, I’ve finally found what I needed! At F45 New Plymouth I have fun, feel incredibly motivated and genuinely want to attend everyday. No more making excuses! The workouts are tough but the trainers and other members push you through. It’s an incredible community!

Such a great training environment! The trainers keep you motivated and give feedback on correct form and variations for your ability level. Highly recommend to anyone, but especially those struggling to stay motivated to a workout regime. This will keep you going!

I have only been at F45 for a short time but am absolutely loving it. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, motivating and extremely helpful. I find the programme suits all fitness levels. The F45 app is user friendly and I can booked classes with ease. I've started my first F45 challenge and have found it extremely motivating and will definitely consider doing another in the future.

I can’t say enough about amazing environment the F45 team have created for there members to loose themselves in that 45min session. I mean I can turn up and pretty much go from being half asleep to swimming in my own sweat completely lost in the moment and with the help of the trainers u push above and beyond every time, I love it no worries about my lashes stuck to my forehead , sweat everywhere ur there to work and work hard u do, so thank u New Plymouth F45 team there are no words worthy of how great u guys are❤️💪

I’m very happy with the results I’m seeing after only one month of F45 training. I have never been very good at keeping the motivation when it comes to exercising but now I just look forward to my next class and to see what’s planned for us. Nothing seems improvised and there’s no waste of time. 45 mins and you’re done! The best part is how I feel mentally and physically after each class. I used to think it was too expensive but then I realised that its cost is the main reason why I push myself to go every day and never miss a class. Trainers are awesome too.

Really enjoying how simple yet challenging F45 is. Any fitness level can start and you will certainly become fitter before you know it 😃

I started at F45 to participate in the 45 day challenge! I am one week in and so impressed with all the help I have received from various trainers in regards to diet especially. It is so nice to be able to go to a class where everything is set out in front of you and you can work at your own pace or if you feel like it you can be pushed by the trainers! Coming in with a previous injury meant there are some exercises i haven’t been able to do but the trainers happily change them up for me so i’m not missing out.
